Amazing place – Djerba! The hotel is fantastic, with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. The animators are doing an awesome job – there's always something fun going on, so there's no time to be bored! Cosy hotel in Djerba, close to the beach and in the touristic area. I've enjoyed the daily activities due to the splendid animation team. The hotel staff is very friendly, and help is always provided when needed. The buffet is repetitive after a week, but the desserts are quite tasty. There are also cats roaming around, they are domesticated and liven up the area.

We really like that hotel but the best thing there is animator. They create this place, especially Emy, Gustawo, Snoop, Mario are the best animator, they speak English very well. The water animation are so energic and interesting. Dance animation was so funny and good prepared. Sami is the best waiter, so helpful and kind.

The beat hotel on Djerba, cery good location, honest and hard working Staff. Though a week od my stay i haven't a single thing that was wrong. The best part od the Staff was Alios, Who always knew how to make whole team laugh and would be very helpfull and casting when we need it

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls... BUT It doesnt really matter. It's spotless clean and the hotel amenities are so great you dont really spend time in your room. The food is incredible, I'm picky and have quite a few intolerances...

I had 3 nights with a group we had so much fun at the hotel, the food is fine, there is no internet at the hotel so you should buy a SIM card to use the internet if you wish, the animation are so nice and friendly we enjoyed the activities in total I’d rate the hotel 7/10

Everything is great EXCEPT the animation and of course the Animation manager who was only trying to drag women from Italy or Germany … you will only see him with the mic every night just interrupting the music with his voice … so sad , to have such person in such amazing hotel…

The beach water is amazing , very warm and natural, the pool is very big. The animation team , Specially Moataz , Sami and Yessine are amazing. The food is an 8/10 , but there's Room for improvement , Specially with the italian food. They started building a very big pool bar when I was here , and I think it Will enhanced the already great beach experience to a whole other level.

We were a couple staying for 4 nights. A few small issues that if the hotel could resolve would make this place very nice. First the double beds are actually made as 2 singles stuck together with 2 single duvets. This was uncomfortable sleeping, always a gap in the middle! Second the room had no tea or coffee or water (water only on arrival). If you are full board then it would be nice to have water...
