Our stay was absolutely amazing! I went with my family, and we had such a great time. The atmosphere felt authentic and special, with a design that truly reflected the South and had a unique Berber touch. The beach was crystal clear and calm, and the pool was both huge and beautiful. The food was varied and delicious; everything we tried was simply excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Great service, very friendly waiters, the bartenders are always smiling, and the entertainers are the best part of this trip — their ideas, individual approach to each guest, ability to liven up parties, and the way they organize time at the pool or on the beach is fantastic (especially Kimo).

It exceeded our expectations! The beach is one of the best compared to the ones nearby, including the 5* Iberostar. The hotel’s entertainment team is the highlight, in my opinion. Super friendly and they manage to entertain guests in every possible way. The food is nice, and the rooms are very comfortable. Regarding the restaurant service, the only downside is that the waiters take a long time to bring the drinks. We often finished eating and were still thirsty, especially since the food is quite spicy! There’s only one thing I’d like to point out, which happened to my stepfather: at check-in, we gave a €10 deposit to get a beach towel, which is returned at check-out. However, at the beach, his towel was stolen and only the suntan lotion was left on the sunbed. My stepfather spoke with the beach security guard, who told him to speak with reception and ask them to check the security cameras. The situation was practically ignored. If there are cameras and security, I believe they should serve some purpose. Other than that, everything went very well! I highly recommend the hotel.

A honest review is a very average 3 to 4 star hotel on the most beutiful beach imaginable .the food is quite average as you get on a buffet anywhere Fresh orange juice at breakfast is definitely a plus point and the beach terrace to eat and drink .. loved that ..The rooms are fine.. outside pool is freezing cold in may ..not sure why they don't heat it ..staff are not the friendliest I've ever seen but ok..no entertainment atall .only football on tv for mostly French and German..quite disappointing holiday considering the price paid but the beach is definitely the best feature .

Hi people!!! If you need a good rest on beautiful beach with good drinks and food you must come here. We like our room with private swimpool, a variety of food and great super friendly animation team - especially thanks for Alex. Clean room and clean beach without hasselt. I love my morning coffee on the terrace watching sunrise.

We were a couple staying for 4 nights. A few small issues that if the hotel could resolve would make this place very nice. First the double beds are actually made as 2 singles stuck together with 2 single duvets. This was uncomfortable sleeping, always a gap in the middle! Second the room had no tea or coffee or water (water only on arrival). If you are full board then it would be nice to have water available for free during meals not just for breakfast. There was no water or AC in the gym. We went in winter so AC was off, this wasn't a problem, only in the gym they should have some fans or something to help cool down in the gym. Other than that, we thought the room had beautiful views, we were on top floor facing the large pool and gardens. It was a lovely hotel, lots of sunbeds, clean and tidy all the time, gardens very pretty and pools everywhere. Everything looked really nice, seating available everywhere. Staff spoke little English but Ismail Rekez was really nice, always seeking to help us at breakfast. No other waiter asked us if we needed tea/coffee at breakfast, they were all busy but Ismail would see us and help bring tea, milk and always smiled and made us feel welcome. The food was ok, there was always fresh grilled fish which we loved, and a massive selection of desserts. Some of the meats were overcooked and flavours a bit bland but buffet was always overstocked and lots of food to select all the time. I would come back the Djerba, it is a quiet place to rest and beach near Santido was lovely, soft and white and clean around the resort. We really enjoyed our few days here, a very pleasant stay.

The room is average, with old decoration, but the overall hardware of the hotel is good, the beach and swimming pool are first-class, the water quality is very good, and the location is also good. The buffet is very good and the dinner is very rich. It is worth staying here just for the buffet
