Pretty reasonable and decent hotel. It sits in a wonderful location where you just step out of the hotel and you are at the beach. Basic facilities with a mixed Arabic and Western style combined. 5 star for the cleaning and room service. But it could be a lot better. Food was pretty standard. Lunch was pancakes with hot chocolate every. single. time. People were not guest friendly except when you tip them. Pool outside was freaking cold. Activities were also basic but the entertainers were very active and friendly and also tried hard to keep people's active. In conclusion, a lot of potential but failed short.

It was very nice to be gest in this hotel. The room has great location, clean and cosy. Animation keep busy guests in the day and in the evening. The foot was tasty and fresh. Everything was perfect!

Obviously very good price for room and half board / All inclusive however the food is very poor quality food. The quality of drinks is again very poor. Low quality alcohol mixed with tasteless mixers. Unfortunately the surrounding areas mean you are limited to the hotel food unless you are prepared to walk 15 minutes to nearby restaurants. Pool area and staff are lovely , rooms are ok. Let down by the drink and food

The hotel is located on the beach. The place is clean, calm and pleasant, the staff is smiling and responsive. The food was delicious and varied.

It was the worst experience ever. They had cockroaches in the room and cats with flees wondering the rooms hallways.

The food gave both of us food poisoning and when we asked for some medication to help ease it they said that they did not have it.

I saw for more than once the staff from the buffet letting food spill from the serving plates onto the table and the staff picked it up WITH THEIR HANDS (!!!) and put it back on the serving plates.

For more than one time I saw different foods mixed because people dropped one on top of the other (the staff nothing did to correct this despite warning from our side)

Different food was served with the same utensils because they did not provide enough utensils for the different foods. Guests started to pick the food up with their bare hands

They had less than 50% of the advertise drinks of the all inclusive bar

They claimed that they did not have any complaint book and refused to present it to us when we checked out at night

I strongly advise you, for your health and your families health safety, don’t book here. There are other hotels for similar prices with way better conditions and service

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, everything is close. Meals for 5. Animation The boys are friendly, professionally trained in dance and sports. To the hotels for the second time and we like it. SUPER beach. Bar by the sea BEAUTY. I want to come to this hotel again, and again, and again.

+ Super plage, super ambiance partout, hôtel ouvert sur la belle plage, on dejeune et on dine au bord de l’eau. Buffet au top. Spa tres abordable et salle de gym tres tres bien aérée. Tout le monde se met en 4 pour nous, les enfants sont ravis et choyés. En cette période de covid, merci au djerba beach hotel de faire son maximum. Demander une chambre avec vue mer ou piscine
