ADAM Hotel Suites

We are unable to recommend this hotel. We reserved a suite with a kitchen and balcony. One problem is the kitchen which is completely lacking anything to actually cook. It had no pots, pans, utensils, dishwater, etc. In other words the kitchen was useless. There was not even a microwave!

Then bathroom was also lacking. The shower was a cheap one with no room. Even for a thin person there is not enough room to shower!

We kept asking to change for a better suite and every day the hotel staff kept lying to us that the hotel was fully booked!

We would have left but it was completely nonrefundable.

Learn from our mistake - avoid.

it’s too bad experience:
1. The attitude of reception is a disaster, some of them can’t speak English. And the one speaking English with a very bad attitude.
2. The kitchen hot any utensil, cooking or eating.
3. The bed clothes is really uncomfortable, the cotton in the quilt is even messed up and the waiter said it’s normal?
4. There is even no hairdryer in the room? cost one hour to get one dryer?
5. After checking out, no one carry luggage for you to the taxi
Can’t believe it’s a 5 stars hotel.

I booked a suite in this hotel for 2 nights expecting top quality service compared with thier high prices.

I was disappointed with the check-in. We waited an extra hour and a half after the expected check-in time, and the suite we booked wasn't even ready by then. The staff tried to compensate us with another larger suite that had 3 bedrooms, which wasn't suitable for a couple.

They provided us with another suite similar to the one we booked, which didn't have the room basics such as: hairdryer, kettle, ironing board and the safe wasn't even working.

The shower didn't work properly and kept leaking. There was a lingering bad smell in the room and the hotel as a whole.

The window view was obstructed. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The room in general wasn't clean compared to a 5 star standard!

To be honest the staff were very polite and kept apologising the whole time, but still it didn't make up for the price we paid.

At the checkout, they asked us to wait for the mini-bar to be checked, which actually didn't exist in the room.

I personally do not recommend this hotel.

Accidentally left some personal items in my hotel room after checking out. Came back to get them and more than half of the items were missing. They claimed they didn’t know what happened and that I must have been mistaken.
