My home away from home this place has good rooms hospitality is good and the rooms are clean i recommend that people try it. Besides is walking distances to everything

Nice hotel in the downtown.. Very crowded place. you will love the place if you want a rushy hotel woth different variety of restaurants, massage and club..

One Day meeting at the lobby bar where I enjoyed a good service from available team (drinks and lunch were served promptly)

Good hotel, but definitely no 5 star value. Tobacco smelt in the lobby, in the rooms. Location is very good, not far from the airport and directly on bank of the sea

Great Hotel, very accommodating. Recommend taking a lake-side balcony room, it is definitely worth it. Outside eating area is extremely pleasant for taking your breakfast

Only downside is no bar or alcohol served, but that is a constraint that affects all of the real estate around the Lac. Spa is also highly recommended!

The quick lunch was really nice in this place surrounding the lake (very nice sunny view, despite some loud showers rain)

Hidden gem (i shouldn't be writing about this place ! ) I really enjoy staying here when i'm in Tunis for leisure and business not too crowded with tourists it's Purrrfect ! As a Digital nomads it's a great spot (strong internet and good coffee to keep up with work) Special mention to miss Khawla at the Bar taking excellent care of all her guests on each occasion i visited this hotel

Mr. Anis the receptionist has shown excellent & warming attitude, very nice & friendly i'd recommend his as the best in that staff i hope to meet him again at my next visit. Thanks.

Nice quiet place for meetings or a coffee. Staff is very nice and polite. I especially commend the quality of service provided by Mohamed in the lobby cafe. Coffee is always consistent. Pizzas are very good.

Best hotel ever! We stayed twice while transiting in Tunis. Amazing service. Family friendly. Food (both buffet and ala carte) was also great.

Very nice rooms, large, clean, modern. A large buffet for breakfast with a vast selection. For the town of Tunis it is a little bit far away, but restaurants and bars around

Absolutely the most excellent part of the stay was the staff. To a person they were professional, friendly, efficient & accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble & I've never felt so valued as a resident

The only downsides are that the shower was a bit weak & l don't recommend dining on site in the hotel or bar, as the food doesn't seem to be the freshest (although the selection available is great)

The room was really comfortable! Very clean! There was no noise from the street even with its location. Ramzi and the other waiters were really helpful and friendly. The food was great! Try the sea bass and lamp chops

Indeed, from the breakfast staff who knew what I wanted to eat and drink each morning and brought my omelette, my favourite coffee and fruit juice, to the receptionists who would welcome me each time with smiling faces, until the doorman who would rush to hold my luggage or to manage to find a parking lot for my rented car, and even to any friend willing to visit me in the hotel

I have just one note which is I discussed with the supervisor of the hotel so i am sure they will interest about it , the hotel excellent with modern furniture and very central good location

everything about the stay, we arrived at the hotel, security welcomed us and parked our car. At the reception we was seated and welcome drinks was provided

When you come to check in they serve something to drink ? Your visitors too btw... Friendly staff and the hotel is fair enough to be in/around the downtown.

Clean and the staff is so helpful. Sometimes it's so noisy in the lobby cause of the bar and internet connection is so poor especially for work.

The breakfast also offers a good selection of foods and drinks

Air conditioning is of great help in the Tunisian summer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good dishes and drinks. Great option for lunch, as it is considerably cheaper than for dinner

Good position,good management. Impossible in 2 times to use the beauty area. Maybe is better to increase the staff in this area.

It has old time French charm, a spacious bar restaurant area and the rooms are incredible value. I had a two room suite with three small balconies and large lounge room for around US$100 a night
