Nice hotel in the downtown.. Very crowded place. you will love the place if you want a rushy hotel woth different variety of restaurants, massage and club..

One Day meeting at the lobby bar where I enjoyed a good service from available team (drinks and lunch were served promptly). The quick lunch was really nice in this place surrounding the lake (very nice sunny view, despite some loud showers rain).

Great Hotel, very accommodating. Recommend taking a lake-side balcony room, it is definitely worth it. Outside eating area is extremely pleasant for taking your breakfast. Only downside is no bar or alcohol served, but that is a constraint that affects all of the real estate around the Lac. Spa is also highly recommended!

nice hotel with large balconies and lake view. cheerful and helpful staff. clean and housekeeping is efficient. WiFi speed should be enhanced. breakfast less than expected from a five-star hotel. all in all, very good hotel.

Not 4 or 5 star hotel but slightly better than 3. Food leaves you wanting something substantial and tasty. Work paid but I wouldn't stay here on my own dime.

Good hotel, but definitely no 5 star value. Tobacco smelt in the lobby, in the rooms. Wi-Fi is very weak. Staff is polite. Location is very good, not far from the airport and directly on bank of the sea. There is no beach

The staff of the hotel went far and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I`ve been upgraded to an executive room free of charge and had a late check out free of charge, which was very welcomed considering my delayed flight. Breakfast options were slightly limited. The rooftop terrace is very nice.

Warm welcome at check-in from Sameh, followed by Azza who took my colour copies issue very efficiently! The hotel service is reduced from last time I visited (last year 2017). There is no kettle in the room, the sink is blocked and the room's carpet to not clean. Apart from that the internet is very fast (~20Mb/s) and the breakfast is great.

Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Good food and bar with decent prices. Great view from rooftop pool and small gym.

Nice location, perfect that they have parking. Toilets not up to 4 star standards in my opinion. Bath tub was dirty and towels smelly at first use. Food was reallt good though. Fridge wasn't working

The hotel itself is not that great but it does have 4 bars, three downstairs and one upstairs where you should go for a better service.

I was staying here for one night during my business trip. Hotel was good. I specially like to thank the receptionist Miss Karima for her kind hospitality. I still remember her smily face & ready to help to give information about Tunis city & about Tunisian culture. She was very kind which made my stay in Tunisia Palace much comfortable apart from other nice staff in the night. They were very helping...
