Stayed at the Sheraton Tunis for 1 night on a transfer journey. The close proximity to the airport was highly convenient and the rooms were large and spacious, adequately accommodating my family of 7. A special thanks to Sanya and Ishrak at the front desk for all there help. Recommend the Sheraton to all those travelling to Tunis and will definitely be back in the future.

However, my recent stay at the Sheraton Tunis has truly set a new standard for excellence and hospitality.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high standards of the hotel. What a delightful hotel. The facilities are amazing but some are closed during the summer. In general all the members are friendly and treated me very well. Azza and Mona at the business center assisted me flawlessly with my requirements. Will come back again for sure.

Great location less than 15 minutes to the airport. Hassan at the front desk was warm and friendly, and handled our check in quickly. We later messaged on the app requesting late check out and it was granted immediately. We as Titanium for lounge access with happy hour daily and complimentary breakfast - which was very good and had lots of options. We got upgraded to the junior suite with ocean view...

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis. The rooms were comfortable with great city views, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The amenities and dining options were excellent. Highly recommended!

It is big hotel, and suitable for events and conferences. But unfortunately, the rooms are bad, and the service is not that good. Only the Lobby is nice. The room design is very old, the pillow is not equal, it has like clots! There was no coffee maker or even a boiler! No iron, even by order! You have to do laundry by the hotel with charge of course. The TV is old! There are no sockets near...

Right in the city center of Tunis, easy access to commodities. Room à bit small and furniture a little old.. However service is good and staff very friendly. Definitely recommend especially for business stays, 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi.

I love the terrace here to have a drink or a coffee - but I can't sit inside because it fills with smoke, even though I love the old style of the bar area. Please leave the doors open to allow the smoke to exit - everyone must be getting lung cancer.

Majestic is great Accommodation in downtown Tunis. Walking distance to Medina and main avenues, food and shopping areas, train and tram stations. It has old time French charm, a spacious bar restaurant area and the rooms are incredible value. I had a two room suite with three small balconies and large lounge room for around US$100 a night. Cheaper rooms are available.

Very clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning is of great help in the Tunisian summer. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good dishes and drinks. Great option for lunch, as it is considerably cheaper than for dinner. The breakfast also offers a good selection of foods and drinks.

Good position,good management. Impossible in 2 times to use the beauty area. Maybe is better to increase the staff in this area.

One Day meeting at the lobby bar where I enjoyed a good service from available team (drinks and lunch were served promptly). The quick lunch was really nice in this place surrounding the lake (very nice sunny view, despite some loud showers rain).

Great Hotel, very accommodating. Recommend taking a lake-side balcony room, it is definitely worth it. Outside eating area is extremely pleasant for taking your breakfast. Only downside is no bar or alcohol served, but that is a constraint that affects all of the real estate around the Lac. Spa is also highly recommended!

Everything as usual . The manager Mr Islam was wonderful, the staff was very pleasant, the room was superb and the breakfast buffet was succulent.

We went for the famous brunch on Sunday and we were not disappointed! A very rich menu, modern service, very hospitable and attentive staff, a beautiful place, compliance with anti-Soviet measures, real value for money: everything!! Very good hotel, worth 5 stars! There is nothing special for the staff. The room is very nice and functional, there is even a pillow menu! We had dinner at the restaurant and everything was perfect again! There is underground parking. We will happily return next time to Tunisia!

Clean and the staff is so helpful. Sometimes it's so noisy in the lobby cause of the bar and internet connection is so poor especially for work.

When you come to check in they serve something to drink ? Your visitors too btw... Friendly staff and the hotel is fair enough to be in/around the downtown.

The pool was very nice, rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The staff was very friend and professional even with some of them not speaking English. Hotel has a very nice lounging area with bowling and billiard.

My quarantine was here. The staff and evreyone that worked there were extremely welcoming and nice. They were very polite and friendly. The food was great : appetizer , main dish and a variety of dessert. Due to Covid it wasnt a buffet. But they still offer you multiple choices. The swimming pool isnt the biggest but the view from the balcony is amazing.

The staff of the hotel went far and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I`ve been upgraded to an executive room free of charge and had a late check out free of charge, which was very welcomed considering my delayed flight. Breakfast options were slightly limited. The rooftop terrace is very nice.

The hotel service is reduced from last time I visited (last year 2017). There is no kettle in the room, the sink is blocked and the room's carpet to not clean. Apart from that the internet is very fast (~20Mb/s) and the breakfast is great.

Hidden gem (i shouldn't be writing about this place ! ) I really enjoy staying here when i'm in Tunis for leisure and business not too crowded with tourists it's Purrrfect ! Very nice rooms, large, clean, modern. A large buffet for breakfast with a vast selection. Service is always helpful. For the town of Tunis it is a little bit far away, but restaurants and bars around. No alcohol in this area.

Nice location, perfect that they have parking. Toilets not up to 4 star standards in my opinion. Bath tub was dirty and towels smelly at first use. Food was reallt good though. Fridge wasn't working

The hotel itself is not that great but it does have 4 bars, three downstairs and one upstairs where you should go for a better service.

The room was really comfortable! Very clean! There was no noise from the street even with its location. Ramzi and the other waiters were really helpful and friendly. The food was great! Try the sea bass and lamp chops. The location made it easy for us to do our business around Tunis and walk around.
