Novotel Tunis Lac

The only positive point about this hotel was the room. The room is very comfortable and new, and it includes 1 & half bathrooms!
They had an extra pillow in the wardrobe, which was very useful to me.
The service was very, very bad. Whenever I ask for something from the room service or the reception, it took them a very long time to respond to my request. One day, I asked for a simple meal, but it took them 2 hours to bring it, and we had to call twice to remind them!
Their breakfast was completely terrible. It wasn't fresh at all. There was only one type of bread! I give the cleanliness of the restaurant 0/10. The tables were dirty, and I saw a piece of meat on the floor. Additionally, the smell of the place was dirty, and I couldn't stay there for more than a couple of minutes.

A bit expensive. I would say the rooms are great, service is 60/40 and the location is okay. I wasn’t very impressed.

Very comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff (especially Marwa!). Breakfast was delicious! They gym was open 24 hours which is super helpful.

I really had a lovely stay generally speaking but the staff is always the key to a happy customer and from this stand, I would like to thank Mehdi and Anas at the Front Desk for being so attentive and caring every time they see me in the lobby. Habiba from Housekeeping was a true angel, always with a big smile on her face... a very sweet, gentle, polite and kind person. I can't miss the room service team, since I had most of my meals in my room... very precise and prompt as well as polite :) Thank you for making my stay a happy one :)
