Nobody talks English, the place is very bad, pools is fine but it isn’t for kids. Very bad service, if u have all inclusive u still have to pay for something to drink.

the pool and the spa are so clean we really enjoyed it as a family. The karaoke was fire people were so energetic and down to have fun. don’t be afraid to join a show you’ll just have a lifetime experience. As an advice try to explore everything in this hotel there are a lot of activities

Bir kere orası bir spa oteli değil mabet gibi bir yer,çok memnun kaldık.Tüm çalışanlar ,Animasyon vs Hepsine Teşekkür ederiz.Animasyon Md Turna Özdemire ayrıca teşekkürler.Küçük bazı eksikler var onlarda giderilirse çok iyi olacak.

You guys are number one! we came as a family last year. We had a great tıme !!If we haven't forgotten to write thıs review, you can Imagine how happy we left the hotel! The quality of the food was excellent, The staff were excellent we had a very nice holiday, Thank you so much Akrones Otel!!!

This place never fails to disappoint, 2nd time being here. Stayed for 5 days. Spa facilities are amazing, men and women separated; you can also book a private room with all spa facilities in which you get a small pool- No cameras. Very family oriented place, activities and pool indoor and outdoors. Continental buffet provided for breakfast and Dinner included in the price. Chefs cook food behind the counter- you can adjust how you want your food made. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole design has a luxurious feel and spa like. There is always some entertainment every evening in the lain lobby which you can enjoy. Highly recommend.

Sürekli kaldığımız bir otelden yine çok memnun ayrılıyoruz.Kat görevlileri çok güler yuzluydu,restoran bölümünde misafir karsilamada bulun gizem hanım da öyle hepsini cok sevdim,garsonların ilgi alakası müthişti.Yalnız canlı müzik daha önceki senelere göre iyi değildi gelistirilmeli
