We had booked a 2 bed apartment for my wife and 3 month year old. SMALL! Our baby had to sleep outside of the room in the kitchen/living space as no space for cot in the bedroom. No space for luggage at all, we had to use the other room for that.
Mattress and pillows super uncomfortable creating sleepless nights and neck pain for my wife.
There was black mold in toilet and kitchen - dangerous for adults never mind kids and children.
Staff did not help when loading up car despite having so many suitcases
Avoid! For the amount paid this fell really short of standards

Really poor aparthotel.
No amenities, services was poor. Rooms are extremely tight and no space for luggage.
Save money and book some where else. You won’t regret it

It was a really comfortable and clean vacation. Room was well designed, bed was comfy And the kitchen was usefull. House keeping services was su successfull, also all stuff was friendly. Location of the hotel is really good And also safe. Pool was clean And it was really good to spend some time in there. If you need a holiday for have a rest And explore the Antalya, you can chose there. Thanks for your smiling faces and successful services

TOURISTS: DO NOT STAY HERE.
I am a USA Citizen and I was ROBBED and ASSAULTED inside of Opera Suites hotel. I stayed at this hotel on September 11, 2024.
The man that robbed me was someone that I had met earlier in the day on the beach. He had invited me out for drinks but I still needed about 10 minutes to finish getting ready. The man asked if he could wait inside since it was hot outdoors. Once he walked inside the room he threatened me if I said anything.
Inside of the room he robbed me of my gold necklace and about $60 USD. Immediately after this happened I ran downstairs to tell the hotel reception to call the police. The hotel staff REFUSED to call the police and stated “if this happens more than three times in a year, WE (the hotel) gets in trouble.” The hotel staff then proceeded to say “if we call the police, it is going to be more problematic for you because you allowed the unauthorized guest into your room.” I proclaimed that their staff allowed the robber to enter their property and didn’t stop him at reception, and reiterated the fact that I wanted the police to be called so I could make a report.
The hotel staff then became hostile with me after I said I was going to call the police on my own since they were refusing to. It was clear that they did not want to involve the police because they didn’t want it to reflect poorly of their business.
The hotel staff then threatened to call the police ON ME if I didn’t immediately leave the premises since I was to blame for “allowing the unauthorized guest to enter your room.”
THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE THEIR GUESTS SAFETY. And instead, IF YOU HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED ON THEIR PREMISES, THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR IT HAPPENING AND THEY WILL THREATEN/BLACKMAIL YOU FOR WANTING TO INVOLVE THE POLICE.
PLEASE AVOID. I have EVERYTHING on record because I video recorded the interaction with the hotel staff. They will refute this review I am sure of it, but I have audio/visual PROOF that this happened. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS DANGEROUS HOTEL YOUR BUSINESS

Small suite while i booked the family suite, the salon is small and not as expected, even they should think about the cleaning because if 5 nights stay without cleaning as they said they clean only every 3 days (only they change the towel on the 3rd day) which anyone who is traveling specially if family with child cleaning is a must, and insects will come inside if not clean.

Great staff and facility. If you want to stay in Antalya and be near the beach, the attractions, but far enough to get away, this is the right place. The rooms are modern and clean and have all the amenities you will need for an Apart-hotel experience. Cheers to the staff at Opera Suites too, they were more than accommodating.

I lived there before season. They asked my guests for additional price even if they came for couple hours and I rented not a small room but apart room. Then I wanted to pay my partner to stay with me and they wanted to charge him like he is renting second room. I was already paying for 2 people 🤦♀️
At the end I already realised they charged more as I am foreigner. Be careful, they can just smile on your face. I realised they are charging me differently cause manager charged me one price and his assistant another 🤦♀️

Opera Suites is the BEST!
Just a few minutes walk from the beach , restaurants and Cafes!
Staff were so friendly and accommodating ! They even do laundry ( washed and delivered back the same day!)
Extremely clean room!!!!
Room is equipped with kitchen + nice size fridge + microwave + electric kettle .
Opera Suites is so quiet at night . So rest assure you will be getting quality sleep!
I will definitely book again if I come back to Antalya!

Great location, friendly staff, modern interior. Super comfy luxury bed and staff available 24 hours with security. speaks english and russian. free laundry usually done within the day. the location is near to restaurant and 24 hour mini mart. Room comes with fridge, kitchen and utensils. Highly recommended for family travellers! We stayed for 8 days with no issue.
