Pools were excellent with plenty of space, hotel is very child friendly with a dedicated space for young children to play in which was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here

Superb resort. All inclusive variety was the best in Antalya even for vegetarians.

What i will say is that I've just had a massage a Mr Naleen is the best, he definitely knows massage and very polite and professional as are all the staff too I highly recommend this place and would like to come back again when more is open

Landed yesterday and can’t wait for a New Year Party Eve VIP. A lot of trips with attractions. Food is perfect, Master chief, a lot of food… fresh and delicious. Staff ideal, very helpful and friendly

Overall everything is good, but WiFi is not very good, animators do not work well, not all rooms are in good condition. The location is good, close to the airport.

The one of my best experience in Antalya, the service is so great, food variety was good but they can do better with the food quality and taste, but my experience was more than good, the guest’s relation was so helpful and polite, definitely considering back to Kremlin Palace in my next visit to Antalya

Old rooms, not even a 3* style. Some days with good food but at 3-4days the same. I've tried to solved some problems with the people at Front desk office and Reception without chance ( bad services).

2nd visit to this hotel and it was just as good as the first. We had a family room and it was great for us 2 mini fridges and separate tvs and my son has own space

Pool & Sunbeds The rule about not reserving sunbeds before 08:30 is fair and generally well-managed. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member responsible for enforcing this rule

While I was already present by the pool at 08:00, she attempted to remove my belongings, going so far as to rummage through my beach bag. I confronted her, as I found this completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Matters escalated to the point where a manager had to intervene after a particularly rude and abrasive receptionist (female, short red/orange hair) shouted over me rather than letting me explain

The food was excellent, offering a wide variety around the clock—there is genuinely something for everyone at any time of day

This was an unpleasant start to what should have been a relaxing holiday. Reception staff are the first people guests encounter, and some courtesy and listening skills would go a long way

Food was outstanding and something for everyone. Another personal issue I had was the noise from the entertainment that went on until after 11pm but would not mark down for this it’s my personal choice

The hotel is beautiful, clean everywhere, the room is perfectly cleaned every day, large pools, they cook excellently there, rich breakfast, lunches by the pool and on the beach, themed dinners

It's a good hotel, the rooms are clean and cool. The staff are very friendly, food is delicious. And it's not far away from the airport and the lifts are very nice. I have no more words to praise this hotel

Just finishing our 11 night stay here and not got a negative word to say. Hotel/Staff: The staff are very attentive and focussed on helping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch with cleaners always to be seen

The lifeguards were very strict on this and asking all the time and then checking with reception if they didn't believe you. Maybe they should give 12 & 16 year old different coloured wrist bands so they know ‍♀️

Excellent family friendly all inclusive resort. Stayed here for 7 nights in July 2023. Rooms are comfy and very tidy and serviced everyday. There are 3 outdoor pools with sunbeds around each pool

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with good sized bathrooms. Food on the buffet is good with lots of choices. The adults only dinning area is great

booked 2 weeks holiday at trendy lara hotel in antalya turkey we arrived in a late flight where we were able to get a meal when we arrived the staff go above and beyond nothing is to much for them to help you

Waterparks, entertainment and the welcoming of staff is the best for family’s. Omar and all of the entertainment staff have been so great with us and our 1 year old so. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

The best holiday location for your family! From being so accommodating from check in, to having a verity of different things to do. The food is available from all hours of the day and drinks on tap

We hired a cabana everyday at the main pool to secure our beds and was amazing will defo do this again. Water park excellent and well staffed for safety. Would recommend this hotel 10/10 and will return

Kids club is best I have ever seen, so clean and modern and safe soft play, ps5 room, crafts and art room, play area out side. Football pitches and planned games at 4pm every for kids was fab

Lovely hotel, great food selection all made fresh everyday, waffle bar ice cream parlours beach bars and pool snack bars too much to choose from! Amazing coffee bar, staff can’t do enough for you especially Hussain at the cabanas, he knew our favourite drinks and had them delivered to us at our cabana within minutes of arrival every day

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

We visited this hotel end of July to beginning of August 2025. It was the first time coming to Antalya. The coach transfer to the hotel did not take very long 15 mins max, we were also the first to be dropped off

You can always find something to eat. This was something we were unsure about whenever we go away. Some members of my family are vegetarian, so its important everyone is able to get a good meal

Delphin Palace is for now best hotel in Turkey, we planing to come back next year. There is no beter service then Delphin chain of hotels. New Serenity area is great.

The main pool was huge and at no point appeared overcrowded (travelled in August). The rooms were nice a spacious although not the best view (we were located at the front of the hotel)

Slight issue with the shower which was fixed by an engineer within about 45 minutes - then the shower worked perfectly, in fact it was the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. A good selection of food every day

The hotel is well adapted for guests in wheelchairs: everywhere is barrier-free, a regular economy room is spacious enough to pass. The bathroom and shower cabin are also quite large

More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other

The Turkish food is just too ordinary, there are a lot of food, and there are few edible ones. The chefs in this country are not good, and I, who can't cook, want to have the confidence to make more delicious food

The museum is 700 meters away, which is very convenient. You can walk to the old town along the beach, the location is very good

The room was very comfortable and the location was great! The hotel is right by the sea, and there is an elevator across the road to the beach. It was raining when we checked in, and we rented two for 20 euros

room is exclusive for all F and B, bar attendant and bell attendant is prefect. room decor is old , bathtub need step in and out quite dangerous of falling, the AA bath amenities is no good at all
