The boss is very enthusiastic and always helps to solve problems. There is a small swimming pool. It is close to bars and delicious food at night. The first pitfall is changing money. A 20% handling fee is charged

The staff were very friendly and helpful and they took us on a tour around at a very affordablle price we would definitely recommend and even visit again in the future

Beautiful traditional house, immaculate, yes there is stairs, !! beautiful character, ideally situated ( nothing is near everything in a big town) you are in Turkey so you get a Turkish breakfast more than enough and very fresh

This meant a lot to me, as my parents are elderly and truly needed some rest. On top of that, we were also invited to enjoy breakfast, which was a lovely gesture

On the downside, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and a few of the restaurant or bar staff (only a small number) seemed unhappy with their job and showed a bit of attitude, which might be due to language barriers making communication harder

Overall everything is good, but WiFi is not very good, animators do not work well, not all rooms are in good condition. The location is good, close to the airport.

Maybe you should consider transforming the fish into Turkish as they are using the same kitchen! Some staff in the main restaurant were not well organized in the evening and cleaning was missed in one ocasion leaving us without fresh towels and beverages in the fridge when we returned from the beach

This was our first all inclusive holiday ever. And it was an absolute blast! There was an abundance of things to do, we stayed a full week and still managed to miss out on some things as we just didn’t have enough time

There were so many different pools, each appealing to a different audience, the heated one was our favourite, we were constantly jumping in and out throughout the day

There is also a beach pier which is just so picturesque. When it came to the food, there was an immense range of different choices

Roller skating team are fabulous and so are the guys that clean round the pool. Would come back in a minute it was amazing

There are two waterpark areas, a smaller one for the children which our four year old thoroughly enjoyed. And the larger one with the bigger adult slides, which we enjoyed quite a lot

The hotel is beautiful, clean everywhere, the room is perfectly cleaned every day, large pools, they cook excellently there, rich breakfast, lunches by the pool and on the beach, themed dinners

The main pool is also great, however getting a bed was harder as you would need to be up early for one. The indoor pool was well needed on the hot days. Food: Dinner was great as there was always plenty to choose from

Multiple options for lunch time as you had the main restaurant, pool bar, gozleme, bbq restaurant and pide. The pool bar was our favourite as we could get burgers, chips, baked potato’s and pizza

Pools: With the new extension there is now a new pool with music, bar and food. This pool was great as we could always find a bed

The entertainment staff around the pool are so welcoming with fun and energy. Our daughter loves seeing them every day and evening, they work so hard

The main pool was unreal, huge, plenty of room even with the amount of people. The flumes were so much fun, the only criticism I've got is the age restriction on the ring ones

Beach: we love the way we could go there by boat. Sand is quite clean, water is very clean and warm, however neighborhood (some fishing village, I think), brings quite discomfort for us to stay longer over there

booked 2 weeks holiday at trendy lara hotel in antalya turkey we arrived in a late flight where we were able to get a meal when we arrived the staff go above and beyond nothing is to much for them to help you

hotel manager called black boy also goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. the animation team put different games and shows on for all ages they work so hard to entertain you

Best part: staff is super friendly and will spoil on every step. Pools are clean and water has little to none chlorine smell

Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean! The entertainment team were brilliant, and was great fun for our 3 year old daughter! There was plenty of things for the children to do!

Overall we enjoyed our time there and would happily come back in summer when all facilities are open and the weather is a bit more stable ☺️

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here

In addition, there were no lifeguards present at the pools, and no wristbands or visible security measures in place, which felt concerning

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed

A big downfall to the holiday is coming in October they refuse to put the heating on in the pools and they are like plunge pools. The pools are empty and every one is on the beach as the sea is lots warmer

You can walk to the waterfall at a leisurely pace in 20 minutes, preferably in the evening when the lights turn on. Of the minuses, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you don’t use your own Internet it will be annoying

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

On the day of arrival we were given a beach bag and a T-shirt, and they also brought a compliment to the room. There is entertainment for every taste

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

We found other waiters to sometimes get the order incorrect and bring us a different drink as to what was actually ordered. Some waiters were writing the order down which would have helped if they all did the same

We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks

We have stayed 4 nights and it was amazing. Food service and staff are very polite, kind and helpful. Restaurants, bars service perfect. Pool and seafront service amazing

Entertainment team was amazing with their activities, dance shows, pool games, kids activities was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families. I will definitely be booking back in 2026

We celebrated a 22nd birthday here in the hotel and what can I say the staff went out the way delivering a cake up to the room with a card and decorating a table for dinner with balloons and getting everyone to sing happy birthday

The entertainment here at the hotel is amazing there is something for everyone , starting from darts to water gym. The staff is so friendly and always wants you to have the best holiday

Everything is fine, everything is clean, there are amazing views to the sea and on the other side of the city in General is at an attractive location, only the beach is not present, but what Bay.

Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

I didnt get my partical sea view and ekstra bed i paid for. I just recive a sofa with pellows and blanket which is already excised in every room.

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

i struggled at breakfast time being gluten free but ate a lot of omelettes which were not cooked to order. My vegetarian friend had some great breakfasts however

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains

Rixos Downtown Antalya is a beautiful hotel with all the facilities you could possibly need. The location is stunning, the heated pool is a real highlight, and the surroundings are peaceful and green

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Megasaray is really fantastic hotel the view from the room is amazing over looking the mountains and all the staff are super nice and working very hard polite and professionals

Every evening there were fun shows like dancing and karaoke, and the lobby staff always offered tea or drinks with a smile. The private beach was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to spend the day

Kids' club amazing - Selin and the young girl (her name starts with B) did a fantastic job, every day different activities during the day and mini disco and performances in the evening. Our room was spacious and clean

My other complaint is the hotel not having a single converter available for guests! Bring your own if you are from the US! Overall, it's a good, basic hotel for families and older couples

Another thing that was very disappointing were the cocktails. I tried very basic cocktails, and they were all very poorly made. It would be nice to add mimosas during breakfast as well

They had themed nights at the buffet, and my favorite was Turkish but they really need to get rid of Asian night. Everything was just terrible and not even close to Asian cuisine
