Pool & Sunbeds The rule about not reserving sunbeds before 08:30 is fair and generally well-managed. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member responsible for enforcing this rule

Matters escalated to the point where a manager had to intervene after a particularly rude and abrasive receptionist (female, short red/orange hair) shouted over me rather than letting me explain

This was an unpleasant start to what should have been a relaxing holiday. Reception staff are the first people guests encounter, and some courtesy and listening skills would go a long way

When a travel agent provides specific requests—such as ensuring a single woman has a room next to her sister and brother-in-law—there is usually a valid reason for doing so

Hotel, Grounds & Food The positives are worth noting: the hotel is beautiful, the foyer is impressive with immaculate gardens and well-maintained grounds

And the towel lady by the main pool. What an welcome shexwould give everyone everyday her smilexwas as big as the sky

First time staying at the resort, here for a week. Everything has been brilliant so far, rented a cabana by the pool and service was excellent!

Great hotel. Lot of pools and slides. There kids club is massive keep them busy all day open till 12pm. There is lots of food and drink all good too. Will be back soon

Start with the negatives - * If you want a sun lounger be up before 6am as they don’t remove any towels unsupervised like they say they do * food very repetitive - breakfast, lunch and dinner

Lovely hotel, great food selection all made fresh everyday, waffle bar ice cream parlours beach bars and pool snack bars too much to choose from! Amazing coffee bar, staff can’t do enough for you especially Hussain at the cabanas, he knew our favourite drinks and had them delivered to us at our cabana within minutes of arrival every day

We hired a cabana everyday at the main pool to secure our beds and was amazing will defo do this again. Water park excellent and well staffed for safety. Would recommend this hotel 10/10 and will return

The pool area is stunning and kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The waiters (on blades) are extremely attentive and we rarely had to go to the pool bar ourselves

The pool and beach were large and well maintained. My only complaint was that they do not accept US credit cards and we had to wire money upon check-in

The museum is 700 meters away, which is very convenient. You can walk to the old town along the beach, the location is very good

Amazing staff and entertainment. Lovely facilities ,swimming pool and beach. It’s a bit away from hotel 7min walk or 5min minibus service from hotel and back every 20min. Everyone super friendly and kind

The hotel is excellent, the food is varied. The evening shows are interesting, there is a private beach and several swimming pools. Drinks at any time (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

Locarion is next to gas station. Pool was not working, but sauna did.turkish sauna was too hot and to much of steam. Food is not so good and there is not much to choose from. Room was nice!

Decent enough pool,small gym,plus the gardens are lovely,there is a garage at the side & the tram service is only seconds away

Hotel was good and had location close to tram station just 1min walk or else Reception can call Taxi for you. There are two fuel station on each side with shopping mart so if you need snacks or drinks you can get easily

Ask the guys to call for a taxi for you & they will take you to where ever you wish to go,no job is too big or too small for these beautiful people who work there

Note: You need Antalya card to travel from Tram and Bus. There are machines at every tram station from where you can purchase the card. When I bought the card price was TR11. 00 then you have to top-up the balance

This place was such a gem! Stepping in felt like old-time royalty - the courtyard is so beautiful, with a heated pool for the winter, glass floors to see the ruins below, and a great restaurant & bar to service the whole area

The room is similarly historic and beautiful, with a delightfully comfortable bed, more toiletries than we could ever use and fuzzy bathrobes! Moreover, we had actual shutters on our room, so when we got in late and needed to catch up on sleep, it was fully dark and quiet until we woke up at 9 -true luxury!

Would be nice to have these replaced daily. Also it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in our room. Waiter service around the pool, any items ordered are added on to your tab, which has to be paid on exit

Perfect location, in the heart of the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is a decent size and not overcrowded. They supply two small bottles of still water & two small bottles of sparkling on arrival

Very spacious hotel in the old town. Clean and well kept. Very comfy pool area with good choice of quality meals and drinks. If we come back to Antalya def staying here again.

First of all, this facility is a rehabilitation center (physical therapy and addiction) but also offers accommodation for guests coming from outside. Single room and breakfast included company price 150 TL

It is a wonderful place, there are doctors who are very experienced in terms of psychological, physical therapy and addiction. The nature is very beautiful, the service is amazing.

Neither super nor very lousy. Air conditioning system central type. It is 8-10 kinds of cheese olives etc. Kind of less but directly proportional to the price you provide

New hotel by the beach of lara with urban concept for young couples and friends, we had a great time!! the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful also there is a private beach bar where you can eat your breakfast and enjoy the view, the hotel about 5-10 min drive to Terra City mall and to the old city

We woke up looking at the sea daily!! Parking was available too so it was an ease for us. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was amazing. Definitely recommend this place for those who want to travel to Antalya

Had a lovely experience at Lucky Monkey with all the staff, especially Metin and Jade who were always around. Breakfast was fantastic with the traditional Turkish breakfast. The views from the room is amazing
