- Huge plastic waste due to small plastic water glasses (around 200ml). I don't understand why they don't provide bigger bottles
- Food is not sufficient and the main meal is finished very fast. You have to remind the restaurant chef to bring more food
- When there is a grill like fish, some people get 10-20 fish for their relatives and friends. As a result, you have to wait in the queue for very long time. It is best to avoid the grill.
- Noisy at night due to the neighbouring beaches/bars
- Customer wishes to change room are ignored
- Disrespectul receptionist lady and the manager of the cleaning staff
- Room cleaning is not sufficient and it was cleaned only after the third day
- The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in Bodrum and the sea is beautiful

The hotel was way less than I expected. The staff didn’t follow all meal timings and I had to miss breakfast 2 times because they ended early. They said they didn’t have a gym when I asked but told my friend they did which was very confusing. The hotel room floor was very dirty. Room service didn’t do anything to the bed. Mattress was VERY hard.

This is our second stay ( End of June 2021 and begin of June 2022). Easy to check in early, rooms are clean and comfy), private beach , nice pool area. Food is tasty , thanks for kitchen staff that prepare delicious food choices . Pool area is relaxing with great music selection. Staff is friendly and welcoming, safe area . Want to appreciate cleaning staff for their hard work to keep rooms nice and clean. Our family was very satisfied with everything . Since our first stay in 2021 , we always talk about this hotel with good memories and glad that we stayed again.
30 min on a bus to Bodrum downtown and 10 min walk to side walk , where you can walk, eat and relax ( on the right side from resort if you face the beach side). This year we came early but last year we did Turkish bath at the resort, love it.

I stayed at Müskebi Club Bodrum for 3 nights. I liked the private beach with clear water, and nice pool. The hotel didn't seem that clean to me and they are very stingy about towels - they didn't even have 3 towels in the room for us and wouldn't clean the towels during our stay and we had to ask multiple times for our trash to be taken out. The food was pretty good. I think that's mostly what you are paying for is having the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.

Best place in Ortaköy, food is yummy, location perfect, sea lovely relaxing place love to visit again

The only thing good in here was the sea and cleaning ladies. My partner ate a chicken dish in the first dinner and he poisoned because of the chicken so we had to spend first 2 days in the hospital for tests and proper medication for the poisoning. We went with the agency called “Etstur” and there was a representative of them in the hotel. So we mentioned about the poisoning both to the representative and the hotel manager. But manager did not accept the mistake they made and tried to reflect on us. I think this was a very disrecpectful thing to do to a customer. Also, we did not accuse the manager for anything. We just said they should be careful for other customers because something like that happen to us in the hotel. Overall I believe you should not choose this place to spend your vacation.

young and kind staff. food is not good but also not bad, i think it depends on people. pandemic restrictions are followed. rooms are close to beach, no sea waves which is very good. Good for families which have under 10 years old kids.

The place have been taken great measure and they have very friendly working staff.Good place for families, children and baby care holiday club.Meals are good but there is only one discomfort about open buffet. You can't take your food by yourself about Covid19 issue, small garsonie et service making big lines if you can wait a little bit no problem. We are happy thank you for having us during this pandemic ♥️
