Speaking of, the all inclusive plus package was particularly good because you got bonuses like a free stocked mini fridge, a variety of free restaurants to enjoy and butt loads of free incredible drinks, cocktails and mock-tails

However the room cleaning staff were phenomenal and would always make sure you had a full mini fridge

The entertainment in the day and night was also funny and entertaining

The shop is incredibly expensive so definitely wouldn’t shop there - the shop down the road is super cheap and a 300m walk!!!! The pool is incredibly crowded every single day even at early hours in the morning

Trying to create a very honest review! The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are smart but nothing special. The beach area is kept clean, it’s quiet and the water is clear with lots of fishes

Impossible to get a sun bed as it seems that people are putting a towel down to secure the bed and then going off for the day or to breakfast

We definitely need repairs!! There is mold and loose coating. The room is ordinary, without frills, everything works, there are no complaints. Regarding nutrition, everything is fine: delicious food, good cocktails

Also the food was not good, although there was fried food available, it was mostly vegetable type dishes. I can only say that the desserts and side dishes were good

The food is not in my taste but it has a lot of selection of restaurants and food for everyone with any taste. The bar and the drinks are really good and they have a good selection of everything

You can enter the sea from the pier and the shore, but since the coast is rocky, it may be good to enter with sea shoes

There is a great lack of organisation among the waiters, for example, when I got my food and went to get a drink, I was told that you sit down and we will bring the drink, but when you pass the drink order to the waiter serving in the restaurant, your order may not come

Apart from that, the activities in the bar next to the pool where you spend time in the evening are specially organised for families with children, they can change this

We were able to talk to the hotel manager Serkan Dumlupinar on various occasions, when he made sure all things are in order and we that we experience the best hospitality one could ask for

We only had a seven day stay which went by far too quick best suprise for us was the staff who were fantastic. Great family holiday cant wait to go back ?

whilst here we booked the a lacart restaurant ltalian the food was set up on tables before we arrived and the stray cats were climbing on tables and eating off thre plate. Food is nice but very repetitive and cold

There’s a lot of people at this hotel but it never feels crowded, there’s a lot of space and if you have trouble finding any, the staff will find it for you. Overall recommended if you want to stay in Bodrum

Pools are great but a bit noisy when the entertainment crew are around 😄 there is ample free sunbeds on the beach which has a host of water sports. All staff at the resort are the most friendly you'll meet

Cleaning staff work very hard and quick, efficient. The rooms are quaint but I never felt uncomfortable, the shower was powerful and there’s a small safe

Very nice traditional hotel with amazing view! We stay 4 nights in standar room and it was very big with sea view ! Nice service clean very very nice breakfast lunch and dinner with amazing view also! The only problem was the internet it’s not working good I couldn’t send photos in what’s up or to make video calls and I couldn’t see Netflix!

The concierge/staff: Very nice and very friendly, they are more than happy to help you out with anything as well as provide excellent service

Restaurants: Food and drinks are going to cost you some money, every Kempinski costs a bit more than most other hotels. So you should always look at prices before you visit. But all the food was very worth it

Same thing as with staff, just be patient and communicate with them as best as possible and you can get everything you need with no issues

I stayed here for 6 days at the end of the season in September. We ate at all the restaurants that were open, visited both the pools as well as ocean, and had many interactions with staff

I had an unfortunate accident while there (fractured foot) and I could not have asked for better care and concern. They arranged hospital visit and helped in every way possible

:) The Turkish Bath was rejuvenating and thorough (dead skin begone!!!) and the massage made me feel like I was on drugs in the best way possible

The room looked ok, beds were not comfortable. The aircon was too loud to sleep with so we had to turn it on/off and didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. The bathroom was nice, shower was lovely

Restaurant: the restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the main building, it is open only during breakfast, lunch and dinner

IPool is nice and you get nice drinks and coctials and stuff working there is really pleasant. It's just that room should be advertised and priced accordingly to what you get. Food breakfast dinner supper is perfect

A large swimming area is fenced with buoys. Swimming there is a pleasure: the water is deep and clean, you can see the castle on the left, and the Bodrum mills on the right. There are toilets and a shower on the beach

Logistics: you can walk to the center of Bodrum (25-30 minutes). The landscape is mountainous, it is difficult to walk, keep this in mind if you choose to walk. You can get to the center of Bodrum by boat-taxi

But, the room shold not be advertised as sea view room

International standards! Great chilled place to stay in Bodrum! Rooms are big and clean! Restaurants have excellent food! Close to downtown and the marina! Highly recommended!

There are several restaurants in the hotel complex so that you also have variety. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes and is very tasty

Perfect place to go on a holiday! I went on April so the hotel was almost empty but the service was still perfect! Not to mention the food. I could just eat all day, the menu is very wide and the chef is really talented

About the rooms I can only say that they need repair and the furniture is also very old, the rooms are not cleaned, a lot of dust. The food is tasty, but almost every day the same, the alcohol is not of good quality

Rooms are ok balconies could have been bigger for the double room but not an issue for us personally and although slight problem with the room on arrival this was soon dealt with and we were upgraded to a bigger and better room and it was lovely

Spent a week here with my fiance, couldn't of asked for a better week away. Hotel was lovely and reception staff were very accommodating from arrival until leaving

Myself and my fiance particularly enjoyed the private beach with its own pier and sitting by the pool joining in the activities daily

Good wardrobe/storage space, bed was okay. Music heard until early hours of the morning but wasn't a huge issue. When the room was cleaned, everything was fine, good cleaners, towels changed frequently

Good food selections, buffet changed daily however the food was often luke warm unless you're there when it's served or replenished, partly due to people leaving the lids off the food and possibly partly due to the heated tables not being hot enough

Air con worked but was in the "living room" and not in the bedroom which struggled to cool down, balcony door was hard to open, room safe was locked shut so couldn't use until I spoke to reception and asked them to open it, the fridge was in a cupboard of which the door was basically hanging off, we had to ask reception for more toilet roll because our room wasn't cleaned / seen to on the 2nd day,...

In terms of entertainment, we saw the same dance group 3 times over a 10 day period, another dance group twice and all the other nights were all dance acts. Some variety would have been nice

Reception didn't seem to know what was going on when we arrived, we had to ask for our all inclusive wristbands and nothing was really explained to us

Went back to reception to tell them, and they agreed to change our room. 2nd room was much better, still on the opposite side of the road

There is Beach Club which is the main functional outlet of the hotel which is the talk of the town and crowded for every single day. And staffs tries to give guest satisfaction in any case and at any cost

Anyway returning to senses hotel, the location is great, pretty much near to everything, the parking spots are okay, however those are some points that needs to be considered for a better improvement by the management: 1- the pool is too much crowded, since it’s small I imagine
