Very nice hotel, in a good location. Staff are very friendly, they go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Reception staff are nice, polite, and really helpful. My room was clean with a fantastic sea view

The sea was clean, but the sun loungers were filling up quickly because of people coming early and throwing towels. Unfortunately the drinks were not good. Also, the evening events were enjoyable

Hello, we stayed with my wife and 2-year-old child between 4-8 September. First of all, from the day we entered until the day we left, the staff was polite and tried to do their job well

We stayed in the relax room, the room size was sufficient. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed. The food was so good that we could easily feed it to our little child

I stayed twice in labranda and I really like it. I certainly enjoy the great service. It has a great view and non stop food and drinks. The food is very delicious and changing daily. Also Ice cream and simit and gozleme

Family and kids friendly! But if you are staying with senior or a baby keep in mind they don’t have elevators. Three meals a day with snacks and drinks available in between, Alcohol and drinks are free at all times

With such a great team, great location, great food, it makes it great by bringing 200 Indians a day. Apparently, their plan is to be a hotel where only Indians can be there. Rest of all other facilities amazing

The food at the hotel was very good and there were many types of cold and hot meals. The alcohols were really nice. There were no daytime activities at the hotel except for water polo and a silly dart game in the pool

However, there was only one type of fresh meal available each day. I also want to mention that the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Tarık, Baruş, and Eren—they were outstanding and deserve a round of applause!

There were mussels, sometimes a salad with shrimp, I didn’t really like the grilled fish. Overall we had a great time, a large selection of dishes for dinner, the room was spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view

It’s close to Bodrum center, but you don’t need to leave the hotel because it has everything you need. The room was clean and cozy, offering a blend of historical charm with a modern bathroom

Be sure that your complaints and concerns will fall on deaf ears. They seem to have a "take it or leave it" attitude that shows when you demand service. Barely 5 minutes walk from the beach, market, and restaurants

the food was not that bad, the only positive thing about this place is the location, being near to the beach and local market

We spent 10 days at the beginning of June. There're 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, a snack bar and a pool bar. These are the main facilities of the hotel, I'll explain further

The swimming pool inside was never available for all 10 days((( The only thing which was good was sauna and massage (for which you should pay)

I am surprised how this place is rated 5 stars, upon arrival I got disappointed, the hotel interior design was really basic the rooms and furniture were very old, the bathroom didn’t have ventilation, the sink was broken and the toilet didn’t even flush! the wifi connection is terrible and I got really exhausted in my 1 week stay in here trying to connect to the internet

The phone in the room did not work on all four days. Maybe that way it works for the hotel, since they can't be reached, they are less bothered. Very limited signal strength, which made wifi access impossible

The balcony of sea view room was nice. Food at the restaurant was ok, the variety was ok, taste was ok. I think if we were adults only, we would enjoy this hotel more, with kids not much to do

Came here only for the spa and I have never had such a pleasant hour of relaxation (in my life!!!). Murti and Dewi are absolute angels with godlike hands, the most patience and kindest personalities

The building is a little old and the maintenance could do with a lick of paint along with updated TVs in the rooms that have Amazon prime TV or Utube for the foreign visitors as the only channels available are Turkish channels with only three English news channels but that's not a major issue

Rooms were dated, our shower door was broken, no mini bar in our room,. the balcony only fitted one person, the night entertainment only lasted for half HR and didn't get to see most of it due to no seating

Its a very good place with many activities. The sea is very deep when you go a little further from the beach. If you dont like sand there is a little port where you can jump into the sea

Mainly used the slide pool and the bubble pool. Challenge to get sun beds some mornings but always found something. Restaurant has a bit of a strange layout and can be difficult to get table (for group of 6)

food is not good but also not bad, i think it depends on people. pandemic restrictions are followed. rooms are close to beach, no sea waves which is very good. Good for families which have under 10 years old kids

I have also used SPA and my Hamam and massage were amazing!(Best spent £60 in my life) Downside?? You need to be an early bird to get sunbed by the pool or at the beach (I wasn't lucky enough to get pool beds but managed to have more luck at the beach ) as people will get their towels on very early in the morning so if you out partying or want enjoy the night in the local area , forget about that...

Always there, always happy to chat and make you feel welcomed! I didn't feel awkward once , even if someone's English language was limited, we managed to get things sorted and I never felt disrespected or disappointed (Bedo and team - you guys rock the place!!!) Air con was working well , The lady who cleaned our room was amazing! The room is a bit dark but it was exactly what was needed after all day in the sun! The toilet and shower worked very well , The beds were comfy with a choice of 2 different pillows

At first I was a bit skeptical as room doors were pointing towards the street but I couldn't be more wrong - we had the best room in my opinion and once doors were closed to let air con do the magic , I couldn't hear anything from the street and town

The room (or should I say suite) was perfect, although there was a loud bar across the road open until 2am. Despite the loud music, the patio kept most of the noise down and sleeping wasn't a problem for me

The location of the hotel is fabulous as you just step out of the restaurant cross the walkway and you are on the beach looking at the beautiful views of the bay

Sami Beach is a fab hotel, lots of updated rooms which are lovely, plenty of wardrobe space. Walk in showers are a good size. The staff are helpful and friendly

Most I spoke to were not impressed with their accommodation (and some had to change rooms various times due to hygiene levels), so I found myself lucky to stay at Sami Beach as there were no issues of any note there

Other people also staying at Sami Beach throughly enjoyed their stay and many had returned from previous years. I would therefore recommend a stay at Sami Beach Hotel

Just lovely, we have booked the Deluxe room, with a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, with two sunbathing beds, where you can enjoy the sun privately. The staff is helpful and welling to accommodate any request

Anyway returning to senses hotel, the location is great, pretty much near to everything, the parking spots are okay, however those are some points that needs to be considered for a better improvement by the management: 1- the pool is too much crowded, since it’s small I imagine
