I was very pleased with the hotel on holiday with my friends. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The hotel activities were very adequate, especially many thanks to the animation team, Ms. Kübra.😍💋

whilst here we booked the a lacart restaurant ltalian the food was set up on tables before we arrived and the stray cats were climbing on tables and eating off thre plate. Food is nice but very repetitive and cold

sandwich maker would be good addition throughout day. Relax pool area was loud with music playing. Front of hotel lobbu is lovely and also bar staff were friendly

Activities & facilities = excellent, lawn boules, pool aerobics, night entertainment, efforts made for activities for young children and teenagers is great

However there was one reason me and my cousins had a blast. And it was the staff, especially Yigit! Yigit went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun. He ran volleyball events and other games including darts

The food was a big hit or miss, they served the same food everyday, on top of that the cutlery was dirty. The hotel in general wasn’t somewhere to make you go wow. The room was mid and the pool was small

We were able to talk to the hotel manager Serkan Dumlupinar on various occasions, when he made sure all things are in order and we that we experience the best hospitality one could ask for

The amenities are classy, food great (and plenty), our suite was generously spaced and the service and hospitality were flawless. 5* classification well-deserved

However, there was only one type of fresh meal available each day. I also want to mention that the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Tarık, Baruş, and Eren—they were outstanding and deserve a round of applause!

There is a choice of food, you will definitely find your favorite dish. We did not meet Russian-speaking staff, although we were told that the administrator Daria comes to the reception at 10, and that she speaks Russian

It’s close to Bodrum center, but you don’t need to leave the hotel because it has everything you need. The room was clean and cozy, offering a blend of historical charm with a modern bathroom

Restaurants: Food and drinks are going to cost you some money, every Kempinski costs a bit more than most other hotels. So you should always look at prices before you visit. But all the food was very worth it

Came here only for the spa and I have never had such a pleasant hour of relaxation (in my life!!!). Murti and Dewi are absolute angels with godlike hands, the most patience and kindest personalities

:) The Turkish Bath was rejuvenating and thorough (dead skin begone!!!) and the massage made me feel like I was on drugs in the best way possible

The room looked ok, beds were not comfortable. The aircon was too loud to sleep with so we had to turn it on/off and didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. The bathroom was nice, shower was lovely

To move around taxi is your only option. rooms are cleaned very well regularly. The selling point of the hotel is dining terrace at the roof with astonishing view. I don't think any hotel in Bodrum has such view

That the employee asked for more than the mentioned deposit amount and when shown the reservation pdf he got nervous and asked for the real amount

The hotel is huge but superior room with sea view is oriented towards parking lot and it feels a little bit disappointed. Not sure how they choose who gets what, wether it's the agency you use or nationality

There are many quite comfortable sun loungers. There are also umbrellas and tables. Clean beach towels are available at the bar. Entrance to the sea is via stairs. I personally like it very much

A large swimming area is fenced with buoys. Swimming there is a pleasure: the water is deep and clean, you can see the castle on the left, and the Bodrum mills on the right. There are toilets and a shower on the beach

Room service: daily wet cleaning clean towels and bottles of drinking water. The quality of cleaning is monitored, once the manager came, asked if it was ok

For the price is great! + Kind personal Delicious food Near to the beach Two pools, three bars, two restaurants - Not enough light in the club room and bathroom If you stay for more than 5 days the food will become not so varied The turkish bath is not something special for its price

This place is huge have many swimming pools and if u prefer the quiet better to go to the beach. Food is medium but have many variety and in this variety can find your liking

In general the hotel is clean and organised but if u need anything u should be asking for example changing towels sheets cleaning

It would be better if there is fresh juices in the All inclusive offer. Overall, I do recommend the Jasmin Beach hotel! :)

Fantastic hotel with beautifully designed rooms, public areas and pool. A very good balance between beauty, comfort and practicality. The team is friendly and the breakfast was delightful

Additionally, the hotel boasts an incredible terrace with panoramic views of Bodrum. We haven't checked out yet because the hotel has a special New Year's program in store, including a renowned chef preparing meals

Really great hotel the view of Bodrum from the swimming pool is fabulous. Gokhan and the team were extremely helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and how to get around

The hotel is 15-20 minutes walking from Bodrum’s shore, taxis are easy to get and has shuttle to another beach hotel (I did not use it)

I can't describe how much the place is so beautiful, genuine, I felt I was in a different type of Greek, art pieces were everywhere, and there was a lobby just to draw and sign, the spa is amazing, and the jewellery shop there is amazing, the staff is more than friendly, service is amazing

The hotel is clean but small rooms, the beach is tiny, we can say that it is not, moving hotel Elevator, Central embankment is a 10-minute walk

There is nowhere near enough sunbeds around the pool and at the beach, we even saw people placing towels around the pool at 2am to reserve sun beds and by 8am you had no chance of getting one which was disappointing

Not enough time to try everything during a week stay (big shout out to kitchen staff for keeping it tidy and tasty) - fancy a kebab and grilled food? No problem, visit the pool grilled section at lunch time and you won't get disappointed! We have been eating late dinner at the hotel every night and been surrounded by amazing staff who work so hard and even through the heatwave they did not show how...

Very nice people at the reception. Hotel is clean and everything is close. The only thing I don't like is the wifi connection is not in the room only at the reception.

Our family spent 14 days in Hapimag Resort and it was wonderful. As other reviews say, the resort is quiet and it is its advantage

Anyway, we risked it and we were completely satisfied:) My last point is ecology - water in plastic bottles, plastic cups for takeaway drinks, changing the towels everyday by room service (with no choice for skipping)

The sea is beautiful, crystal clear with fishes (no need for shoes to enter the sea), the beach is very nice. We had family room which was big, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, two balconies

You can go to the 3 beaches - hotel beach, village beach and silent beach. But I think the hotel beach is the best one. The staff is very polite with good attitude and they are working hard

The hotel is on the west side(I am attaching photo). The hotel guests have drinks, food and animations all inclusive. You get a free voucher to ala carte restaurant Muhit, other restaurants are not free of charge

Comfortable bed, clean bedding and room, specious bathroom, plenty storage and cupboards Hotel was ultra clean. Even the alley ways were washed on daily basis. Staff was welcoming and friendly

Trying to create a very honest review! The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are smart but nothing special. The beach area is kept clean, it’s quiet and the water is clear with lots of fishes

The rooms were average and the layout of the hotel was peculiar. Instead of rooms in one big building there were multiple apartment type buildings

Overall a nice hotel and great location with some stunning views. The rooms do need to be updated and modernised. We had an issue with our room but straight away the staff were able to change this for us- very helpful

There is Beach Club which is the main functional outlet of the hotel which is the talk of the town and crowded for every single day. And staffs tries to give guest satisfaction in any case and at any cost

Also, the beach at "Nikki Beach" is joke. An artificial beach without sand slope and sand. I gave them 4 for trying… but they can never be a 5

We stayed a week in this hotel. You reach your private beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels by 30 seconds walk. The historic Bodrum City Center is a 5 minutes walk away

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It felt like we were staying with family. The place has everything you need. Restaurant, pool, right in front of the beach. Perfect vibes for a beach town hotel

Location: The location of this hotel was truly amazing, situated right on the beach and marina. This prime waterfront spot allowed for easy access to all the top attractions and sights in the area

I'm not sure if it was related to the plumbing, ventilation, or some other issue, but this odor was quite noticeable and disappointing. It did not seem to affect the common areas of the hotel

Overall, I had a mixed stay at this hotel. The unbeatable waterfront location and fantastic staff made for many positive aspects, but the persistent bad smell in the rooms was a real problem

Pros: • Great location, steps away from the water, shopping and restaurants • Staff were very friendly and helpful Cons: • The TV is glued inside the wall so we couldn't access the HDMI port to watch English shows before bed (not a big deal for everyone, I know) • The bed was full of what looked like cat or dog hair, not sure if there was an animal in the room or if the sheets were just not clean ...

We stayed here 2 nights in October 2023. Pros: Big rooms, beautiful ocean view from the window. Breakfast was good and you can eat it at the seaside restaurant enjoying the view

Don't think that just because it's front line beach that you will be paying over the odds either. The prices are very competitive and no more expensive than anywhere else. Give it a go, I doubt you will be disappointed

Great location right in the middle of bodrum beach with views of the castle. The marina for boats if you take a tour is a quick 5-10 min walk away, and bodrum castle is also 10-15 min walk away

Maybe because it was the start of the season or the weather was not that great but the staff didn't put the sunbeds out everyday and i had to go to the public beach (but it was only 10 mis walk away)

Great location on the beach, very good food, great view of the castle and harbour... Service was good but a little slow... Overall though really enjoyable

Stopped here for lunch last week while on holiday and walking around the harbour. The host Andy is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet and the location right next to the sea is fantastic

There is an Italian restaurant in the hotel and many more good lunch/dinner places in walkable distance. Although, to get to the beach you will need some means of transportation

If you are tall (I am 2m/6,5ft) ask for a room with a bit more space and a bath room with higher ceilings. We moved after I hit my knees at the vanity and my head at the shower head. The internet is terribly slow

They have pretty everything you need for your workout. Since there is a second room for Pilates and Yoga we were able to use this one. What's to consider Garden view room means a room in the basement

Late Checkout at 2pm was possible for us, although we had to ask three different people and our door was locked at noon time on the last day. The Gym is small but very well equipped

There is a small veranda which is in the souterrain. The rooms are very very very small. Haven't experienced that outside big metropolises like Paris or NYC

We wanted to stream some of the Olympics and it was not possible in our room. The network is a bit better in the restaurant area but don't expect wonders

The pool is quite big but it is a problem to find enough sunbeds, it is probably necessary to go earlier

We definitely need repairs!! There is mold and loose coating. The room is ordinary, without frills, everything works, there are no complaints. Regarding nutrition, everything is fine: delicious food, good cocktails

We have gone for our honeymoon. All staffs were really polite and so friendly specialty Bahar, and most of them could speak english. The foods were so fresh and delicious and Drinks were high quality

Eren, Osman, Ahmet and Ramiz are some of the best in the service industry! My friends and I all come from the service industry in America and we were so impressed with the outstanding service
