Ilica Hotel Spa & Wellness Resort

It has a kid friendly, very nice beach alongside an outdoors pool and a hot pool. There's also an Aquapark nearby.

Rooms were standard, nothing special. Service was pretty good all around.

Restaurant was pricey but as there are exquisite dining places at 10min ride, it didn't bothered us much.

The hotel is amazing , the view is perfect , the receptionist who made our check in was very friendly and the food was wonderful and tasty .
The sea was very clear with golden sand and the spa was nice. Rooms very clean

The hotel is very good, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is sandy, the swimming pools are wide, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed it very much.

One of the best hotels in Çeşme area. Great service great food and great location. Located on the beach, offering great view of the Aegean Sea and the island of Chios, the resort is well cared for with top notch service. Great rooms with the view of the sea. Bungalows are the best offering privacy and great location with a beach of their own. Great breakfast, and even better dinner, offering authentic Turkish fare. We were a family of six with two regular rooms and a bungalow, staying September 7 to 14 2024 with great weather. Enjoyed the offerings of the hotel, outdoor pool, gym and lap pool, authentic Turkish bath and spotless service. Zeynep of the guest relations had her hands and eyes everywhere, making the guest experience better than anywhere else I have seen. I recommend it highly.

It is the 3rd times I been coming to this hotel. Very professional staff very welcoming, helpful. And especially there is a pretty girl who is guest relations Sultan, she is very friendly and kind. Very professional. Best customer service away. Will be definitely coming back.

Stayed here first day of Bayram and checked out on the 3rd day. This was our second time visiting and we will return next year for a longer stay. We loved having 3 major attractions in the same location: thermal spa, sandy beach and waterpark all within short walking distances.
Some things that can be improved:
*Rooms need to be vacuumed better, my husband stepped on a piece of glass the minute we took off our shoes inside the room.
*The semi-inclusive concept works with the EXCEPTION of not including soft drinks in the dinner service. Go ahead and charge for the expensive hard drinks and liquor, but soft drinks should be included.
*We paid for 4 adults however, the room only provided cosmetics and towels for 2. The guest shouldn't have to request extras after having already paid in full for 4 adults, this information should be shared with housekeeping that there are 4 adults staying in the room.
Some tips for future guests:
+There is a short cut to the beach from the spa but it isn't marked. It's right by the sliding door leading to the outdoor thermal pool.
+There are currently 3 functioning jets inside the indoor thermal pool that are very beneficial to massage lymph nodes and muscles. However, please limit use to 10-15 minutes max. It is very awkward to approach people hogging the jets for hours.

I have visited many hotels in Turkey but this one is very special. Very clean room, polite staff, delicious food and unbelievable views.
