The hotel is better than the photos. The staff is friendly. Rooms without sea view are quite small. The best hotel in the region. The beach is quite well comfortable, spacious. Manages breakfast. We were generally satisfied. If we go again, we will stay here. It was also named Grand Koru Hotel.

It is not as good as it looks from the outside and as its price evokes. We stayed in the large room with the front view. The upper part of the door was broken, there was no handle. There was no hair dryer. TV was broken. Staff was good.

Staff are good. They don't know english, but if u have basic turkish known they all understand you. The director of hotel very helpful and kind.

If you are staying in the kyk next to Yalova University, if you walk a little bit to the center of Çınarcık and take the minibuses that go to the sandy beach from in front of the children's park on the lower road, it will take you 5-10 DJ's walking distance to the Maviş and Friends beaches.

I give 4 star because of the problem with the spa, there's no pool slipper for the guest. Walking in ther without any footwear is a big hassle and really dangerous, while they are so conservative about hair cover for the pool. Which one is important for the guest hairs will ruin your water refinery. Or the people who slipping on the slippery shiny wet stones?

It's a quiet little boutique hotel with a friendly staff and very warm waters. Hakem the guest services person took real good care of us during our stay. If you can get a room on the 4th floor the views from the balcony are wonderful and you can see so many stars. The pools downstairs are warm and relaxing and having the water flow out of the lions head on your shoulders just washes away any stress...
