The hotel (rooms, facilities, pool, etc.,) is very clean.
The room was spacious.
The best thing was the Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommended.
The breakfast was good (variety and taste)
The only downside was the dinner. It lacked variety and was not great overall. But, you can have dinner outside there are several nearby restaurants.

Hotel's location is wonderful. Service is excellent especially the receptionist (his name is Sami). He is very kind and helpful. Room size is ok but there is no balcony. Still the view is splended and room is very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is very nice and clean with nature srounded. Also there is at downstairs a big nice and clean thermal pool. Reastaurant is good and food is delicious and diverse at breakfast but lunch is an average quality and limited in variety. Staff there are helpful. Some improvment is needed but in total the hotel is great according to the price. I spent an amazing time and sure I will comeback.

Totally recommended, rooms clean, costumer service is very nice and they speak both English and Turkish.

It's a quiet little boutique hotel with a friendly staff and very warm waters. Hakem the guest services person took real good care of us during our stay. If you can get a room on the 4th floor the views from the balcony are wonderful and you can see so many stars. The pools downstairs are warm and relaxing and having the water flow out of the lions head on your shoulders just washes away any stress and worries you have.

Thermal pool, hamam, and private baths are all adequate and we had them almost to ourselves. The rooms were large and comfortably furnished, and the staff friendly and accommodating. However, everything is run down, and lots of basic amenities were either broken or absent. No kettles in the rooms nor available from reception. Door handles fall off when you touch them. Skirting boards are falling of the walls and just left lying on the floor of the room. Breakfast is basic Turkish fair, with no milk, no cereal, only instant coffee, etc. Needs a bit of work, but still good value for the price.

Hotel clean with nice view but very very poor breakfast, coffee not available, during the day the restaurant no serving but only breakfast so the room rate should be lower as they do not have any food or juices service. Thanks

More current renovation in the last several years. No teapot in the room but the staff delivered hot tea on request. The staff was friendly. The pool was clean but no spa services.

Unbelievable , you can't imagine how dirty is this hotel
Do not stay in this hotel you loose just your money and your time .
The Thermal pool is so dirty and not hygienic.
