Excellent service, exceptional food. Staff are attentive and welcoming. While alcoholic beverage options are limited and premium brands incur additional costs, the yoga, water sports, volleyball, functional training and stretching classes are outstanding.

Still busy with my review...Exceptional service. Food is truly amazing. Staff is very helpful and kind. I do consider the Alcoholic drinks very limited with Brands costing extra. The Yoga, functional training and stretching classes are fantastic.

Beside flies there is nothing to complain. Food, hotel, sea is great stuff is extraordinary. We have enjoy Robinson Clubs always. I strongly recommend everyone to spend holiday in Sarigerme Robinson

The hotel location is stunning, within a beautiful red pine forest and long sandy beach, the wonderful panorama can be seen from everywhere. The hotel offers plenty of sport activities.

The housekeeping did a great job, and the room was always kept very clean. Hotel rooms been renovated and are facing the seaside so they have a great view from the balcony.

The absolute highlight was the food prepared by chef Ayhan and team. Every day, freshly prepared and new variations of all kinds are served up by the always attentive and professional staff.

Evening entertainment is of good quality. Beside the Robinson team shows they had twice a week entertainment from outside professional companies which been amazing.

Stefan and the team Sarigerme are really working hard to make us relaxed and have real good time. Thank You!

Club holiday with Turkish flair - We dropped by during a short break at the beginning of the season, when nature was blooming around and everything was just as I remembered: top location, amazing sand beach, crystal-clear water, amazing food. Rooms are fully equipped and cosy, the sea view is amazing and who wants a little extra during the holiday should book the suites with the grand balcony and jacuzzi and the best sight upon the gardens and the Aegean sea. Sports, wellness and entertainment offer is varied if you want to have an active holiday. During our stay the parties in the evening were fun and the atmosphere was really nice. A huge applause to Stevie, the club manager, and to his friendly, smiling and talented team members, you are doing a great job and we will be definitely be back next year.

Had an excellent week here! I came home more relaxed than i have been in a long time. Staff is very friendly and kind. Alot of sporting activities and entertainment programs happening while always having an amazing view on the bay. I loved every second here!

The family rooms are 5 stars, great view, newly renovated, modern and comfy. Water sports are top. My kids did both sailing and windsurfing licenses in one short week. The paid sports classes such as tennis and biking are of good quality. The spa which is run by an outside co is excellent. Try the massage and Turkish bath w exfoliation/massage. Evening entertainment is good quality, especially amazing when they have outside professional companies. The Ethiopian acrobatic team, the Ukrainian dance team and the South African band are amazing.

But the food is miserable, 2 stars. They need to look for new cooks. This is the most disappointing part of our stay. I had really great food experience at Kos Robinson. But this place has no variety nor creativity, often over cooked meat. Service personnel don’t know the basic German and English words to communicate w guests. Watch out for lethal mosquitos by the lunch restaurant near the pool. The first night we each had at least 15 bites and were too busy squashing the bugs than enjoying the dinner. The resort manager is remote, uncharismatic and not really service/client oriented. Beach chairs are often all taken by 11. The beach is clean and sandy, no stones and slowly sloping. But the color of the beach is not of an inviting shade for your pix. The booking system is also annoying, less annoying nowadays due to their new online app. My booked theme dinners were often cancelled last min due to low demand. Locations of the activities are not accurately described and shown on their app resulting in a lot of frustration and running around for clients to find out where.

All said, one week is more than enough for this place due to bad food and minimum service.
