Montana Pine Resort - All Inclusive

My oh my, where do I begin with this hotel, Tui have rated this hotel 4star plus, platinum, it's no way this rating 3star plus at best, this is our honest review. Positives - 5 Star for location, it's stunning, the gardens are amazingly kept. But that is where the positives stop. Room - Our room was small compact, no wardrobe just a rail with a curtain across, no draws, bathroom was quite spacious although the sanitary bins have no lids on them, not nice to look at .The mini bar was stocked with 2 bottles of small water on arrival and that was that, no more. I think our bedding wasn't changed in the 11 nights we were there, the Maid was pleasant enough, although she constantly reminded us when here day off was, almost asking for a tip, which we did on our last day. Food - The food here is lacking in choice, very basic, it was the same everyday, eggplant stew, chicken or beef stew, spinach pies and rice, the supposed fresh chicken that was being cooked was literally all bones, no meat. We basically lived on salad, chips and turkish bread. If you've got little fussy kids, there is no food for them, absolutely nothing. It's the first time ever in a Turkish hotel where you're not served drinks, you have to go to the bar, often they can not understand what you're asking for, the servers were supposed to fill water glasses, this was 50/50 whether this happened, we had to fill ours several times. They are also not friendly, no conversation at all, they just look straight through you. Entertainment - There were a couple of bands, which were ok, several bad dance groups, bingo one night and a quizz another night, all entertainment was over by 10pm, and nothing after that, it was almost like they wanted everyone to go to bed. The poor bar staff were overworked, not enough staff, there were often only 1 bar person on and 15 deep of people wanting to be served it was madness. Also if you have little kiddies there's nothing for them, no kids mini disco, first hotel we've been to without something for them. Pools - There are 3 pools, but only 1 tiny kiddies pool, 1 pool where you could stand up in, the rest are deep, so poor swimmers beware, there's no life guard at all, so be aware of that also. Sunbeds - There is a sign clearly stating no reserving sunbeds, what utter nonsense, you have to get up 5.30am to get a bed, and a huge thanks to the family of 4 who reserved beds and were no where to been seen until 3pm, thanks for that. This hotel seems to give out bad vibes, it is the most unfriendly Turkish hotel we have stayed at,there's just no interaction at all, the gardeners couldn't speak any English but everyday we engaged in a conversation of sorts and they were really nice. We had spoken to a few people who have been to this hotel several times, who say things have changed but not for the better, one couple said something about new management in.
