Location: 90 km from the airport of Dalaman, 6 km from the city Marmaris, 2 km from the village of Icmeler, in the district of Siteler, on the coast.

Consists of two major 5-story buildings and twenty-five 2 - and 3-storey villas.

The hotel has 484 rooms.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach within the public beach, platform, beachfront. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 330 m.

Just came back from a Turkey and had a wonderful time in the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. Excellent facilities, lovely food and kind staff. A big shout out goes to Musa in the dining room - a real gentleman

We had a fabulous honeymoon, the staff couldn’t do enough for us! We had a room in Block B and it was really lovely, the outdoor thermal pool is there and that was lovely. The food was great, my husband is a fussy eater and there was always something for him. Great range of drinks local and premium, the grand bar was a favourite, chilled atmosphere and the drinks were great. The a la carte restaurants were all really nice, we used the Chinese and the Italian and would recommend both. The beach is gorgeous, clear water and plenty of sun beds. We would definitely return!

Wonderful hotel and staff, Medhi in the Chinese Restaurant and Omer in the main restaurant deserve a special mention but in truth from the cleaning ladies up to the managers all deserve praise as the hotel is a pleasure to stay at, we had a minor upgrade but we were more comfortable in the main block so next time we will be in the main block, the bar in the main block is extremely good, the shop on site is small and expensive with little choice but there are several well stocked less expensive supermarkets within 5 mins walk of the hotel. This hotel is easy to recommend on every level.

Been here several times and cannot fault the place, staff are very friendly and cannot help you enough, bar staff (Emir and Ozzy) were always on hand plus the forgotten diamond is the after hours sandwich bar operator (yahya chef) this guy is the most placid and polite guy I have ever come across considering he has to deal with drunken / rude people. See you all next time.❤️❤️

We stayed in the hotel early May with my parents, husband and 2 children and had the most wonderful time! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond, from the gardeners who chatted to our children to the waiters, guest relations staff and chef’s - they were so kind to our kids and made our stay so memorable! Any minor issues were resolved super efficently! Special thanks to Serkan and Kadir at the Italian restaurant and their pizza chef! Firat, Mehmet and Harin at the Turkish restaurant, and Yigithan, Kubra, Elif and Seval at guest relations!! The facilities are also fabulous - so much to do and explore. The beach was beautiful and clean and the kids pool and park was a hit with our little ones! Its also perfect walking distance to marmaris and icmeler! Would recommend this hotel to any families looking to visit Marmaris, the best we have stayed in when visiting Turkey by far!

This was our third year staying at Grand Yazıcı Club Turban in Marmaris, and once again, it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff are truly fantastic – always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent, with beautiful pools, a clean beach, and a wide variety of dining options. It’s a great resort for families – there’s so much to do for all ages. The entertainment is fantastic every evening, with something new and fun to enjoy, from live music to top DJs and themed nights. Everything is well-organized and adds so much to the overall experience. We’ve made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday in Marmaris!

HONEST REVIEW. After reading some reviews on here I really wasn't sure what to expect. This was our 1st trip to Turkey but won't be out last. Will most definitely be coming back to this hotel again. The room. The room is basic but covers exactly what you need (unless you don't plan on leaving the room for the entire stay). We had a family room which offered a separate bedroom for kids, and 2 bathrooms both with showers. Unlike other reviews, can't complain about fridges not working etc. Everything was exactly as expected with fresh towels and water being left for us on a daily basis. Hotel facilities. A number of reviews I read complain about the food and to be honest, I really can't understand why. There are more options for lunch and snacks than you could ever get bored of. Italian offers pizza and pasta, Turkish offers Burgers, Hot dogs, chips, stir-fry, a doner grill for kebab wraps, and that's not even mentioning the main restaurant all offered in the all inclusive options during the day. The main restaurant offers FRESH salad, a variety of breads, and chips with every meal, even breakfast. With breakfast also offering pancakes and freshly cooked omelette I struggle to see how even the fussiest of eaters couldn't find something. The coffee bar is definitely a favourite with a lot of people and it's not hard to see why. It offers pretty much every variation of coffee you would get in Costa/Starbucks both hot and cold and again all included. The longest we had to wait in queue was approx 5 mins but the quality was worth it. There are so many sunbeds, comfortable sofas and chairs with tables at both the poolside and beach decking that we never failed to find a spot on either the sun or the shade. This is by no means a negative point but some staff do seem to be a bit hit and miss and obviously have their favourites, but just like everyone, we found ours. Ozzy and pool bar, and the dude on skates at the beach bar (apologies but his name completely escapes me) were really attentive. It is possible that we may just have been lucky with our experience but I would have to start really looking in depth to criticise any aspect of the hotel or our trip. If you want to spend your holiday picking fault with minute details then you can probably do that no matter where you stay. All in all, we had a fabulous time.

A week at this beautiful place, shame about the weather. Thunder, lightning and torrential rain for 5 days but it did not dampen our spirits. The rooms were basic and the food, can't complain as there was always something you could choose. Coffee stall a bonus, coffee when you needed it, soup and sandwiches at 23.00 hours if required with tea, coffee or water ( and a treat for the cats). The staff, well they could not do enough for you and attended to your every whim. Entertainment staff, what can l say. Playing darts in the bar and if you were put out after you lost 3 rounds you had to either make an animal sound or do a belly dance, well you can imagine what l got . What a laugh. The bar is open 24 hours and the bar staff are very attentive to you, remembering your drinks when you return. Unfortunately there was a major fire in the sister hotel next door and wow the staff really upped their game. People just just what they had on ( mostly nightware). The guest relations staff were working there socks off especially Busra was a joy especially as she had only been there for 3 weeks. We were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary ❤ and she pulled out all the stops for us. In our room was chocolates, cake, presseco and a sign congratulating us on our anniversary. We were sad to.leave the hotel, but we will certainly be back to see them all. Once again thank you Bursa and staff for looking after us so well as it felt like we were family and we will definitely return. ❤ ❤❤❤

Nice welcome when we were relocated here and finally allocated a room.unfortunatley the room was not accessible for us but moved us to main block 5th floor.room spacious but little storage, wardrobe hang clothes only,bedside draw big enough for medication etc,staff we found to be pleasant but constantly on mobiles we did report this but had a lame response, for us it was too big too impersonal, dining room chaos is as best I can describe it, last day in at 12.30 as doors opened and food was cold, sorry you welcomed us from your sister hotel but we felt an inconvenience to the staff.

We went in April/May 24 for two weeks. It was amazing and we go again on 25th of this month. We had a great time and couldn't fault anything in and around hotel. Top services, lovely place! . There also was a cycling race and around 10 teams stayed for one night.
