Hotel is in very busy part of town with accessible parking near by. Restaurants close by.

A cozy and comfortable hotel, perfect for a short stay. We spent two days in Pamukkale and chose this hotel for its excellent location. The staff was very kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. A great place to stay while exploring the area!

Hotel is very centrally located. Front Desk team was very hospitable. But the building, rooms and furniture is very dated, rooms were not very clean, sheets didn’t feel so nice and had stains on the pillowcases. It was all right for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

WARNING: If you have a Western passport watch out during checkout they'll make up some pretense your Credit card didn't go through and will try to charge you again for a night.
As far as the room for $75/night poor quality. Bathroom sliding doors dont have a lock. At glance looks clean but at closer look pretty dirty in the corners, thresh holds, shelf's, bathroom doors you want to keep your shoes on.
The hallway outside room very filthy and dirty not vacuumed, greasy.
Cooling works well, bed sheets, pillows are clean. Hotel lobby pretty decent wifi worked well. The included breakfast is good has a lot of choices

We just spent a night there, and the employees were not friendly or welcoming. The hotel itself is very normal overall

No free parking. They send you to a "free" parking, and the next night their colleague wants to invoice you. No alternative free parking in the area.
Lots of smoke smell in the room, although being a non smoking one.
Cleaning of the room could be better, with rest of sugar and other food on the tables.
Bathroom flushing was not great.
Shower door has a leak, making shower without wetting the bathroom hard.
Instead of free water like other Turkey hotels, they put minibar at very high prices.
Breakfast could be better.

I have to give this hotel a big fat 5 for everything. I know hotels, like a lot of things in Turkey, pay for Google reviews both positive for themselves and negative for their opposition but this review is from someone who has stayed here. I've traveled around turkey from New Zealand and the hotels are a mixed bag. If you pay a high price, you'll most likely get something good but if you're trying to be thrifty like me, some are horrible. This place is quality all the way, clean, and modern, soap in the bathroom, free water for drinking, tea & coffee, (I know, but seriously some don't have the basics) bed made up every day, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. I highly recommend this place.
