Had a fantastic stay at Melrose House Hotel in Pamukkale! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning travertine terraces. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day exploring the ancient ruins of Hierapolis. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale!"

Needs a good renovation, the employees were very nice and friendly, 53€ a night plus 10€ extra a person for breakfast. Near the hot springs but other than that a bit scary the neighborhood, very dirty, quiet and dark .

The room inside looks so much older… huge difference form pics. Breakfast is a disaster, not much choice, full of so many flavors of jam and some sweet bread. They will bring a plate of omelette and French toast to the table, need to pay more if you want more. Not recommending this place at all.

We’ll be back! SWIMMING POOL, cleanliness, FREE parking, quality Wi-Fi, air conditioning included in the price, comfort, large room, good breakfast. It would have been useful a refrigerator, but I understand that they want to discourage tourists from coming to them with own food. Fortunately, the owners were very kind and put our LITTLE watermelon in the unit refrigerator. I recommend!

Room is adequate for one night. Sheet was torn.

Very good pool. Relaxed hotel. Good breakfast. Easy to get dolmus to pammukale north gate then walk through hierapolis and down through travertine pools to exit by village

Absolutely terrible experience. When we arrived...friendly welcome but then it went down hill. Staff stood around gossiping about guests. The duvet in the cupboard was dirty and smelly and could not be used. Breakfast was acceptable. When we got back to the room at 2h30 the afternoon it had not been sorted. We where told we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We wanted to purchase 2 dresses for 70 Euro....and they charged us 90 Euro.....but 80 if we paid cash. ???????? The attitude was unbelievable. An elderly gentleman did bring coffee early the morning when he saw us on the balcony ... We looked onto the kitchen door. ,, 😞 will not recommend this hotel at all

We had a great 2-night stay here! A 15 minute walk to the travertine entrance to Pamukkale. The breakfast was very nice. We loved that we could sit outside by fruit trees and the pool for breakfast and dinner. They were also helpful navigating a food allergy. The room balconies are very nice and overlook a small orchard. We got laundry service which came out to about $12. They also arranged an early morning taxi to the bus station and even sent us off with breakfast to go!

This is a quaint family owned hotel. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious with nice balconies. I like the showers in the rooms, but the bathroom itself is fairly tight. I tripped on the trashcan in there several times. The area where this hotel is located is noisy at night. Lots of dogs barking, and people playing music outside in the middle of the night. Also, anytime sometime walks around in the hotel, uses the stairs, our just dues anything at night, you're going to hear it. Needless to say, didn't get much sleep here. Nice pool. Breakfast was average.

It's a cute, family–run hotel. There's a friendly vibe and the family were very helpful and welcoming throughout. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is very good, you can take a taxi to the travertines for 60 Lira.
