A quaint hotel close to the town gate of the travertines. Amazing views from our room (we booked with a balcony). Also close to shops.
The staff were fabulous- especially “Superman” who was always there to help and hoisted our 24kg suitcase on his shoulder carrying the other in a hand … up 3 flights of stairs! Small room but clean and neat. Breakfast was fine … fruit, yogurt, a platter (cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, pastry ) toast, egg (one morning it was a boiled egg and the second an omelette).Overall perfect for what we needed.

It is a great place to start your journey to Pamukkale. Parking is available even if you arrive a little early, which is helpful for your trip. However, rooms and meals are provided at the level of a typical accommodation.

Nice and cosy Hotel, very nice pool and superb personel. Very family friendly. Have been there twice already and I will come again on my next visit to Pamukkale with my family. Price value is unbeatable!

Unbeatable location in Pamukkale! Basically just across the Travertines and you can walk a little uphill to explore the Hierapolis Complex. The owner hotel itself is a book writer, he writes all about Pamukkale and they can also arrange local tour. In front of the hotel, there's a park where you can sit and chill around with swans and ducks, my kid loved it so much! There's also lots of cafe and restaurant around.
The room itself is a bit small and outdated, but everything works just fine, AC was cold, water run well, and the linen is clean. They have room facing Travertines, but we didn't stay there. There's no lift, but there's bellboy to help you carry the luggages. Breakfast selection could be better, but it served enough to me to start the day. Recommended hotel to explore Pamukkale!

Rooms are OK, bed was comfortable and AC worked. Bathroom is dated. We had a small balcony from where we could watch the balloons launch. View from the terrace is great but the breakfast was poor. Parking included if you have a hire car. Overall recommended for the price.

Very hospitable and helpful hosts. They helped us when we was in need. Beautiful view from the hotel, it's in front of Pamukkale. Cleaning every day. I recommend it.

The last day we are lied by a Turkish man in the Denizli Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali, we paid him 150 TRY to the airport from our hotel, but when the time comes, no car shows and he won’t answer the phone…
And it’s early in the morning, around 06:00 am, no taxi in the taxi spot, and all the taxi drivers haven’t answer our phone call too.
And the hotel owner give us a hand, drive us to the Denizli Şehirlerarası Otobüs Terminali, and help us find a taxi.(Cost us 200 TRY)
He doesn’t need to do this, we are really appreciate 🙏

Hotel is impeccably clean, rooms modern, location perfect, and food delicious! The owner is the consummate professional, hospitality done right! The only regret is that we should’ve stayed longer :)

We stayed for 2 nights here. The hotel location is great with the cotton castle directly across the road (we wen to the lake park several times under different sunlight conditions to see the cotton castle). WE could also see the cotton castle from our bedroom window). A very nice Chinese restaurant (Asian Kitchen) is next door (we ate for two nights there because the food was so delicious). Overall, a highly recommended hotel.
