Ibis are always the cleanest and nice ones out of all the hotels. This one has the best location. A small walk to the train station and the tram.

Room is clean, furniture good... restaurant on breakfast was lovely with many varieties like 4-5 stars. The staff are nice and cooperative. The prices vary acceptable.

Hotel is rather good: clean rooms, good wifi, big bathroom. Breakfast was rather poor though: just vegetables, cheeses and pastries, no eggs (theoretically there us, but for extra pay), no porridge. Staff is nice, but requires additional training: they didn't offer welcome drinks, though we were elegible for them, so we had to ask.

Hello,
Sadly the rooms are very very old and the noise is a big problem. The price for this is way to high! The party street is right next door and you’ll hear bass and Musik until late night. I ask for another room that was on the other side where I then had people and barking dogs right in front of my window.
At 1 at night I checked out and went to another, brand new, hotel just 10 minutes away for the same price with one more luxury star, with a hamam, sauna and relax room!
The location is right in the Center so if you like to Party it’s good otherwise stay away.
The people in service are very friendly.
We stayed with our company and we will never come to this hotel again.

Nice local branch of a global chain. However, having stayed in Ibis hotels before, I guess I'm qualified enough to comment:
1- Ibis Eskisehir has more to offer; namely; it's smack in the middle of the city
2- Its closer to mass transportation
3- Its rooms are of higher quality
4- Its outdoor seating area is nicer (but the service delivery door is locked after midnight so beware)
5- Staff is mor attentive
Therefore, my personal experience is better than those of other Ibis hotels I stayed. Highly recommended!

Great location. The hotel staff was not so friendly. I could not iron my cloths in the privacy of my room. They kept the heat so hot, it causes me to have a bloody nose. We asked for the heat to be turned down, but they would not. We opened the windows but that didn’t help because the heat was so strong.
