This place is truly awful. I’m currently staying there and it’s for one night only. The rooms have no soundproofing, I can hear music from outside of the hotel and I was startled by sounds from inside the hotel, it’s worth mentioning that I’m writing this review at 2:51 AM. I had better expectations from this hotel but they weren’t met. The rooms are old, the drawers are broken. I asked for an electric adapter they couldn’t provide any, which has never happened to me in any hotel! As for cleanness, it looks clean but it doesn’t feel clean at all. My slippers were yellow at the front which was a shocker. Apart from this, staff were nice and the location is good.

A fine hotel in Eskişehir very well-located with a shopping mall, ample car parking, and a variety of restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself is well maintained, and rooms are very well furnished.
Staff are professional and kind. We booked 2 rooms, and got one large suite.
There is one restaurant on-site. Close to the hotel is a large open area for car parking.
They accept cash and card payment.

Over all our experience was excellent with this hotel. Make sure to download the google translate app because not all the staff understand English if you speak any other language.

One of the good places to stay at Eskisehir. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Good location to access the restaurant, mall, etc. Thanks for your services 👏

Never eat in the restaurant. Prices are highly inflated, and food quality is far BELOW average. I ordered a sea bass, the fish turned to be rotten.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The level of cleanliness was exceptional, extending to the bed, toilet, and shower. The kettle and tea pot were spotless, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere without any disturbance. The lighting in the room was just right, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating.
When I noticed the absence of a toothbrush in the bathroom, I promptly called the front desk, and they responded immediately by bringing one to me.
The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh and varied selections, particularly the diverse bread offerings. Although I didn't come across any unique cafes or shops around the hotel, the hotel's own restaurant was quite satisfying.
The only minor inconvenience was the distance of the parking lot from the hotel, with no attendant at the entrance to assist with parking. Initially, we had to leave our car and enter the hotel to seek assistance, but luckily, we eventually found a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

I stay in this hotel whenever I come here on business. Good quality and price. Cheeper than the other hotels in this area. Good service. The breakfast could be better as well as the list of the alcoholics

Nice decent hotel with good proximity to shopping mall, restaurants, and attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond, specially one great personel samet caner and oktay gok.

We went there for a wedding organisation. The saloon was a bit small. The staff were attentive. The prices of alcohol were reasonable as well. We generally were delighted with the time we spent there.

The rooms are not very clean....the shower makes so much of noise...we asked for iron it was burnt iron they sent. It was quiet hopeless. GYM was most disapponting. Have no idea they have kept machine from which era?
