Apartments on the sea in Fethiye

Rooms are very nice - large, new, and super clean. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent. Great value for the price. Would highly recommend.

The location is great and the rooms arw super clean, but because the staff doesnt understand english, we had lots of miscommunication issues. Plus the breakfast is not a buffet, it is set and that was a problem for me, a vegan, and my friend, who is gluten intolerant

Amazing place in the middle of the old town where all the shops next you! The check in was very easy and smooth, the room was very clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, Ali and Batu were AMAZING people! They made us very comfortable. By the way the breakfast is included so make sure you try their delicious food. I will definitely come back if I ever visit again!

Beautiful place and the staff even better. The manager is a real gentleman tells you the best beaches, and he tells you which bus to take to achieve them.

Pros: Good size apartment that looked relatively new. In a good busy street of Fethiye, so good location. Double glazed windows kept the noise out. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff was very helpful, polite and they can speak English. We didn't asked for a room that looks on the pavement side so we had a room that looked to a wall. Then we asked to change room, however the hotel was fully booked , Mehmet found us a solution and we changed room the next day. S3 King residence is the ideal place to stay if you’re looking to optimise location, space, cleanliness and value for money. The room was exquisitely clean, staff were in incredibly helpful and they proximity to both local restaurants and larger attractions was ideal. Would recommend and stay here again. 10/10.

Simply brilliant! Great, clean apartment with beautiful interior and a fantastic sea view. The location is unbeatable, just in the center of Fethiye. We stayed at the premium suite (Room 402) and had the best time of our lives. We will definitely come back!!

Another Access point to the beach via beach bar and small roadway that is usable, a good selection of lunch and dinner or drinks options on the bar area.

Mel and Cem and family are very welcoming. They go the extra mile to help their customers and friends. The bacon and egg sandwiches are very nice.

I came here for the day to use their pool. Lovely pool with comfortable chairs with umbrellas. I had the black bean burger for lunch. It was incredible. Homemade! Reasonably priced. Owned by a friendly couple who spoke English. I will be back for that burger again. Yummy
