The owner careful explain everything for us. Friendly stuffs, clean, nice room. Great place to stay, highly recommand.

Beautiful place and the staff even better. The manager is a real gentleman tells you the best beaches, and he tells you which bus to take to achieve them.

Dove Apart was exactly what we needed, we only stayed one night but it was a great short stay, we would have loved to stay longer. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting my friend who left her phone in the transfer bus by calling and asking the river to come back. Easy going friendly place. Not too far from beach strip (turn right when you walk out) or the main street (turn left) Rooms are clean and basic. Only some rooms have a washing machine but a 5kg laundry service is available for 180TL

Great place to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the overall vibe of the hotel is really nice and calmed. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfeast which has a lot of variety. The perfect option if you don't wanna spend much money, but still wanna be comfortable.

I loved my stay in the hotel. I chose the hostel option so the room was shared and because of the location in the lobby could be a bit noisy, but the staff were amazingly nice and helpful with everything. They serve good breakfast and the vibe is really chill and good. It is 5 minutes away from the beach and shops, but you need to take the bus or taxi for the city centre as it is not in central Fethiye...

Great location Great pool Great customer service The room we had was very damp and irritated my allergies. Couldn't stay longer then 2 nights but I know if I asked I could of moved rooms. Breakfast very basic, missing a toaster. Staff using the toilet but not washing hands on exit put me off. The guy who checked us in etc was lovely and helpful

Spent 6 days here. Good points Spacious clean room Kitchenette had washing machine, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave so very well appointed. Nice pool. Great staff Local shops and restaurants nearby or Fethiye town 10 mins on Dolmus

It was a comfortable stay, my favorite about this hotel is seeing fabulous sea view from the balcony.

Great location and clean room. Basic breakfast. Lots of cats around the breakfast tables so a bit off putting (but I personally am not a cat person…) The staff were super friendly and helpful though.

Excellent location aside (but not far away) from major tourist paths. Cozy hotel and cozy rooms with balconies for the evening cocktail with brilliant sea view! Helpful and young staff team always ready to assist. Highly recommend!

Overall impression: great apartments in a quiet area and close to Calis beach. Apartments: there are 1+1, there are 2+1. Clean, enough dishes. Lack of furniture for storage. Territory and location: there is a swimming pool, next to the Sunday market, Calis beach is one kilometer away. I think a great hotel. Close to beach, shops nearby. Very kind host, great amenities. Specially the dryer. You can cook too.

He is very interested and friendly owners, they're doing their best to accommodate your request all kinds of people, the crowd, and there is no accommodation for the families of the core. Rooms are clean and quite handy.

Pretty neat hotel near the city center. The owner was nice throughout our entire stay of 2 nights, just absent from time to time which wasn't a problem. The pool was decently clean and overall it was pretty quiet despite being near a busy road. The location was close to most things you'd need in the city. Will probably visit again next time :)

Great hotel but Google Street view is not doing any favor for the property. These pictures are from at least 5 years ago. Currently this property has got a great renovation, and also has a pool by the side.

It was a great exp. Here we had alots of fun the location was great just walking 2 min to the beach and if you dont like the beach you can get the pool inside the residence And the rooms was clean and a view from each room we where in [ 303 ] and the price was good and i really recomend it

Good apartments with comfortable facilities, close to the sea area. Good communication with host Iryna (best recommendation). All problems were solved immediately. Stable internet connection, possible to work from the apartment. The only one issue - to many russians, but this is not question to hotel.

This review is about restaurant only. Let's start with dislikes first. First, they don't follow the composition of foods, even if it's listed in the menu,as example some ingredients in salad. The second, they said me that grilled meat serves with vegetables. But they didn't bring me any. When I asked, they bring me some strange quality vegetable marrow, it was outdated. Other things was good enough...

I think it is the most beautiful location of Fethiye with its unique view. I had accommodation experience in the autumn-winter season. It was beautiful in these seasons as well. Gultekin, the owner of the business, was sincerely hospitable in almost everything.

The host are very friendly and helpful, some of them speaks also English. We enjoyed the garden with the cats, the terrace of the apartment and the sea view very much. One con: At the time of our stay the internet access wasn't working.

Very nice view of the marina. No lift so we had to climb stairs with the luggage to reach the apartment which was on 4th floor. Only one air conditioner in the living room. No AC in the bedrooms. Owner was were kind and helpful

Rooms are clean and spacious but in need of a little paint and could be modernised. Self catering facilities improved by adding a toaster and oven with more than 1 hob. Generally the hotel is lovely and very clean swimming pool area excellent. Staff pleasant and very helpful a cute lovely hotel in a quiet location away from the town but close enough for easy access will definitely stay again

Love this place. We return year after year as do a lot of the guests. This is a family run business and it's an absolutely lovely family that does so. Nothing is too much trouble and they will gladly go out of their way to assist you in any way. The hotel is clean and well kept and is updated every year so that the guests always have something new to come "home" to when they visit. 5he food is excellent...

We stayed here in September for 4 week after staying in June and we had a great holiday, and remember you only get what you pay for, sometimes good and sometimes bad! This is certainly one of the good ones, I realise some people have complained about Staff etc! but I can only comment on we have seen and the experience we have had and that was a Great hol, thanks Halat and the family x

Absolutely love Green Valley Apart Hotel. Halit and his family are so accommodating. The rooms are fab and the pool and bar area are just the best ever. Would recommend 100%. Ann and Dave Milton
