**Negatives:**
- The price is high compared to the value.
- The rooms are very small; I chose a room with 3 beds, but it was in a very tight space, and a third bed was added to increase the price.
- The bathroom is clean but small.
- The stairs are narrow, and there is no elevator.

We are staying for one night. The reception was open for 24 hours. So if you want to come in the evening or midnight is fine. It's not possible to leave your luggage before or after check in/ check out 🌞🌞🌞

Small rooms for miniature guests. Apparently they shared our credit card info, so right after staying in this hole, we’ve got several unauthorized credit card charges. Be aware!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The interior is good. We had a good time there and the hotel is at a central place which is convenient. 17 minutes walk from the bus station

I regret to say that my stay at Hotel Nafis Point was profoundly unsatisfactory, and I must caution potential guests against booking here. The list of grievances is long, but here are the key issues:
- Late Check-In: The check-in time is inexplicably set at 3 PM, which is later than the usual 12 to 2 PM window offered by most hotels. This was highly inconvenient and set a negative tone for the stay.
- No Complimentary Water:Unlike most accommodations where drinking water is a basic courtesy, this hotel does not provide any, forcing guests to seek their own water sources.
- Cramped Room:The room provided was alarmingly small, offering minimal space to move or relax comfortably. It felt more like a closet than a room.
- Unsanitary Bathroom:The bathroom conditions were appalling, with a persistent stench that suggested poor maintenance and cleaning practices.
-Lack of Basic Amenities:Notably absent were essentials like a kettle for boiling water. Astonishingly, the hotel charges for hot water, which should be a basic provision.
- No Storage Space:There was no cupboard or any form of storage unit in the room, which complicated the situation further by leaving no space to unpack or store belongings properly.
- Language Barrier:Communication was a significant barrier as the staff did not understand English, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues or inquiries during my stay.
- Security Concerns:The room's security was questionable with a door lock that appeared flimsy and unreliable, adding an element of concern to an already disappointing experience.
In conclusion, Hotel Nafis Point falls drastically short of expected standards in hospitality, from basic amenities to essential services. This hotel is not recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Pretty small familiar hotel. Great location, close to bazar, shops, restaurants and public transport.
Breakfast can be added with booking.
There are receptionist at all time, have to leave your key with them when you going out.
Changing towels, beddings in every 3days, also rubbish being collected, getting gener cleaning too.
Room comes with AC and small fridge and safe.
Refresher hot drinks and snacks avaliable at reception.

No water for drinking
Need to buy coffee on reception

9:00 am breakfast I came, nothing there, luckily the chef bring some scramble egg later
There is no sampuan properly, you need to buy it from outside

This nice and rather clean hotel almost in the center. Not far from the embankment, tour highlights, bar streets and Fethiye bus station. The breakfast at the roof is very well. Personal is very friendly and speaking English well.
There is one weakness in the hotel. The rooms are extremely small.

It's a small boutique hotel. Nice, clean, kind and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mrs Doyleh (hope spelling is correct).

We stayed in Nefis during our visit in Fethiye and fully enjoyed it. The room was nice, modern, clean and well equipped. Only couple minutes walk to the Main Street where there’s lots of restaurants, and close to supermarkets and the Fethiye coach station.
One highlight for us was the kind and helpful receptions. They had good English for east communication, and also helped us book boat trips with very reasonable price within short notice. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Fethiye.
