Hotel Club-E

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. While booking two rooms online, 6 days before our arrival we were emailed by the hotel asking us to cancel one of our bookings. After speaking to the hotel representative, he asked us to call Our online booking company and to sort it out with them. After speaking to our booking agency, we were assured that they had spoken to the hotel and that everything was fine with our booking and the rooms were available. However upon our arrival, we discovered that the front desk worker, Sena, had purposely only confirmed one booking and “not the other”. This man was extremely rude and disgusting to deal with. He should not be dealing with customers as he is arrogant, condescending and dishonest. This man gives a terrible impression of the hotel and the rest of the staff. His disdain for customers reflects a lack of empathy or as he said “he didn’t care” about our situation, even though we explained that we had both elderly and young children with us. He was hostile and antagonising. He is a detriment to this hotel. I would reconsider his position in the hotel as he does not have any customer service skills.

Do not book here!

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. The front desk manager is a horrible racist person. He was rude, dishonest, double booked our rooms so we were left without a place to stay even though our booking was made almost a month prior to arriving. He only contacted us less than a week prior to our arrival saying that Agoda had made a mistake. Upon speaking to Agoda for an hour and a half, Agoda confirmed that our booking was fine after speaking to the hotel. The man named Sina, also fraudulently spoke to Agoda on our behalf, claiming that we wanted to cancel our booking, even though we had no knowledge of this nor did we ask anyone to cancel our booking. Travelling as a party of 9 with family. More than half of us were left with no where to stay. Sina was smug and blamed us for our issue, also said he didn’t care. I feel sorry for such people who lack empathy and seem to enjoy the misery he inflicted upon others. He is a terrible person to deal with and I would recommend that either proper customer service training be given to this individual or keep him at the back of the hotel where he doesn’t deal with people.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The AC in the room was not working, and despite repeatedly calling the front desk staff to fix it, the issue remained unresolved. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude. When I requested an additional key card for the room, as they only provided one key and we were three guests, his behavior was unacceptable, he refused to give us additional key and we gave them a plastic bag containing some clothes to be ironed and paid the fees, he gave us back the clothes, and asked us to cancel our booking although he was supposed to do that from his side, he refused and we lost our money! despite our calm and friendly demeanor. The manager was angry, spoke to us in Turkish, and abruptly left while we were talking to him. His arrogance and poor customer service left a very bad impression of Turkey and its people. He should not be in a position that requires dealing with customers.
Additionally, they did not provide us with a refund for the clothes they haven’t ironed!
We left this hotel after this attitude and spent the rest of the day looking for a better hotel which made us waste a day in Turkey!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk staff asked us inappropriate political questions. When we requested an extra key for our room, we had a heated confrontation with the manager, who was exceedingly rude and used offensive language in Turkish.
