Hotels on first line in Foca

Not a real problem, but it would be nice to still have a plate infront of you while you pit you last forkful in your mouth 😉 More than enough variety of food. Fantastic view across the bay, makes for fab sunsets

Drinks are a bit on the pricey/ fleecing side, but hey, you're on holiday. Great 4 poster beds round the pool and by the beach. Go to Ephesus while you're there

Great Hotel stay for 1 nite stay with 37 paxs from Singapore through TravelConnect.sg. Dinner and Breakfast was superb. The beach was awesome with soothing view. Staff were very friendly. Well done and keep it up..!!!

Would have liked more fruit you could take away like banana & apple but its a small thing. The pool was glorious & so big that it never felt crowded although we did go in July before the schools broke up

One of the best holidays ever. We did go through Mark Warner so all our activities were included. There weren't enough hours in the day for me to do everything I wanted. Rooms tastefully decorated & well airconditioned

We are not the type of people to come back to places as we like to explore new ones but we’ve been back 3 times! (We first visited on Mark Warner holidays). Check out Mehmet the hotel manager, he has been great

very clean & easy going beach establishment. the sea and nature around are amazingly good. far the best spot for swimming in this area.

Cozy, family hotel with private beach. it has great breakfast and dining options. For more space and garden, you can book villas instead of hotel rooms here for a small extra cost.

Excellent place, but there is an interesting fact I have learned from the locals, they say the prices fluctuate, and they can change drastically to higher and lower figures.

Hotel Karacam is set in an idyllic location, literally facing the sea and harboured boats and close walking distance to the main shopping area, restaurants and cafes

Family owned hotel. Very friendly staff. We felt just like at home. İt’s very dog friendly, this was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with our Frenchie. Definitely gonna visit again!

Beautiful little hotel, excellent staff. Very rich buffet breakfast. We will definitely come again. I loved Foca by the way. There is a gelato shop next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

During our 5-day stay there we found the rooms to be impeccably clean, the breakfast was satisfying and we were always greeted by the friendly, very helpful hotel owners and staff

For those interested in some watersports, there is a small surf shack (again, not related to the hotel) at the edge of the beach where you can rent windsurfs and small sailboats

The hotel has an agreement in that you may use the beach amenities (umbrellas and lounges) for free if you are staying at the hotel

Unfortunately, the cafeteria at the beach announces the orders people place over a loudspeaker for them to retrieve their food, which may be annoying but is nowhere near as much of a problem as it is made out to be

Restaurant has tasty Agean style kitchen with local mezes and grill, daily fresh fish or meat. Very private and silent small resort hotel with friendly hotel management, in high season especially weekends may be crowded

Many of the complaints have little to nothing to do with the hotel itself: most of the noise comes from the beach in front of the hotel, which is run by the local municipality

Nice and cozy small hotel outside the touristic places in Foca. Rooms with a sea view are amazing. Breakfast was great and reach. Room was clean, bed is comfy, nothing to complain

The only thing we disliked was that our bathroom had very strong smell, don’t know why. Our room had the sea view from the side of the hotel which was great

We only stayed here for a night in the budget friendly rooms. It was small but the rest of the hotel was full even though it was mid September

We spent time in Foça enjoying the perfect view with the perfect view on the beach. breakfast was not super super breakfast so maybe it was buffet. it was extremely delicious and a great breakfast by the sea

There is nothing that I can say was missing. Smiling face, clean room, seafront, hot water, air conditioning etc

We visited about 10 hotels/pension in the vicinity and the best price/performance was the villa my grandfather

The hotel is right on the ocean with a private beach. Great facilities a new hotel very familiar. The breakfast was very good and sufficient. The staff is kind and helpful which gives a professional look

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the reason why we chose the hotel was that it had its own sun loungers and umbrellas

The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficient, but I think it would be better if a separate staff only takes care of the cleaning. A 10/10 hotel if you care about cleanliness and the arrangement of the beach

100% recommend! I loved every single second here. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a proper stay. The beach is right across the street which is super convenient

Maybe using the beach will be much more enjoyable if the hotel separates its own part and clears it of stones with a rake

Only the beach needs a little maintenance, unfortunately because of the public parts people are very prone to dirty it!

Fantastic place to stay, very friendly staff, excellent service, clean rooms! The beach front is directly in front of the hotel, shops/restaurants and boat tours are 5 mins walking distance

Parking could be a little problematic during high season

They serve a 5-star Turkish breakfast between 9-11 am and they serve complimentary small pastries and tea in the afternoon. Only thing I could say was missing is a kettle in the room and the wi-fi signal can be improved

what an amazing experience we have had here! the owners are a family of wonderful, kind and attentive people who care about their guests. it's quite a small place, so you get as much attention as you need here

Lola 38 was the cutest hotel I have ever stayed in! The owners were amazing and so sweet. We had the most amazing time and all the rooms are gorgeous. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and so fresh

It is 30-40 meters from the sea, and it has a wonderful sea. You can enter either from the wooden pier or from the beach a little further on

We stayed for 1 night in Eski Foça, where we went for the first time. We entered a little late because the rooms were cleaned, the sea was visible from the balcony of the room we stayed in

Clean rooms, we stayed at the for person room and it was spacey and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. It is only one street away from the shore. 10/10 would visit again.

It is a hotel that I would definitely like to visit again with its clean room, rich open buffet breakfast and friendly staff, I recommend it

It is a very nice establishment, the staff is helpful in every way. The location is very central, everything is at your feet. It has a very nice ambiance with its lobby, tables, decor, and the small street in front of it

It stays in a quiet area in the evenings at the back of the castle on the small and quaint beach. Waking up to the sea in the morning was a special treat

Breakfast is served on the plate, but if you were asked how you would like the egg, I think it would save the situation. The price is normal according to the season and location. I generally find all hotels to be high

It is a cute hotel right next to the sea, but it has its shortcomings, the bathroom and the beds need to be renewed. We paid 550 TL per night and breakfast was more than average for this price

The friend who looked after the reception at night was friendly and interested. He wanted me to offer him something

It was Ok when we arrived unfortunately water was cut off as well as the AC! Breakfast was included in our stay but this breakfast even couldn’t be enough for a kitty

Apart from that, Foça is within walking distance of the marina, but unlike the marina, it can be ideal for those who want silence

The location is on the quite side of Foca , however you have everything you need in here. Room was clean and well prep, coffee, tea available kettle in the room, wifi, working tv and air-conditioning

Downstairs is shop and restaurant, they have their own sun-beds so you just go downstairs tan, swim, eat and relax everything within 10 metres :) Staff very helpful and friendly ! ☺️

They have lovely seating where you can watch the sunset and produce excellent cuisine from their restaurant. I ate possibly the best Turkish kofte or meatballs ever here with shoestring fries

First and most it was a great location very friendly service great breakfast with wonderful people and the owner and the owner son and everybody else work at the hotel Dave are very funny they were very nice they helped us a lot they directed us to a great beaches and a beautiful restaurants this is one spot me and my family will come over and over again thank you guys

Our room was cozy with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. The hotel is centrally located near the waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches steps away

We had two nights in this charming seaside town and we will return. The hotel is rustic and simple, clean, quiet and comfortable. Tbh we all agreed a few more nights would have been perfect 👌

This place is amazing we stayed there longer I have never experienced such a good place as this hotel, beautiful rooms, nice family atmosphere, top service, for which I would like to thank Fatih because he made it very difficult to say goodbye to this place, he did more for us than he should, people like Fatih should be everywhere in the world then staying in hotels would always be amazing thank you...

It’s an excellent value for your money. They really don’t have huge, modern hotels in Foca and they actually shouldn’t. This charming boutique hotel wonderfully captures the spirit of Foca’s Aegean ambience

Bare in mind that the sea is deep and there's not much sand but grovel, yet i enjoyed. Try the beach just next to it. There you could find some sand

The guy in the reception is excellent. You can't find so many foreigners as well and that makes it so authentic. The hotels owners also own on beach with the same name that's really lovly

Everything is wonderful about this hotel so clean and they care about their customers The view is amazing, it's the best hotel in Eski Foca, you have to visit it definitely

Decent European style hotel, great location right near the water, good service. Foca is a calm, praceful holiday location, great food and views!

* There is no air conditioner in the rooms, I don't know how to solve the heating issue in winter, there is a fan in the summer. * Price Performance is high even though the season is over

A place that can be preferred when coming to Foça We stayed for 1 night, we left very satisfied, the sheets were clean, the washbasin was clean, the room was clean in general, don't hesitate, we had a small celebration on the terrace, we preferred the room with a connecting door, but we couldn't close the connecting door, maybe we couldn't but it doesn't close

My wife is very keen on hygiene and she was very happy with the cleaness of the room. Siren is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre which is a great bonus. Remzi the owner helped me to find a parking for the car

Family owned local business which we prefer to support as much as we can. They were superbly friendly and trustworthy. We have left passport and valuables in their safe without any hesitation

We would recommend Siren Pansiyon to anyone who wants to be close the centre of the town with reasonable prices

service, cleanliness, order, decoration are incredible. You are in a palace in the middle of the city and it is your home. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel as if you have known everyone for years

It is a magnificent hotel that we checked in for 1 night and left in 3 nights. I can't say the employees, there is a complete family atmosphere. The hotel is like your own home
