Hotels with beach in Foca

As of August 2022, the entrance fee to the beach (sunbeds and umbrellas) is 80 TL for adults and 40 TL for children. Coffee/instant coffee is 20 TL, beer is 50 TL and food is 40-60 TL

A small business with limited capacity. Since we went for the purpose of beach use, I cannot give an opinion about the motel and related criteria

But one should not expect taste and high service. It may be a good choice to use sea shoes as there is algae in places. The dressing cabins are designed as spiral curtains, there are no doors or locks

The shower is charged as 30 seconds/5 TL. Generally, it is a business that I think families will be pleased with

You can leave your room on the beach side of the hotel and swim in the sea in 1 minute. It has a smooth sea like coves, so it's great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we did not encounter any problems

It is in the center of Foca beach area and has sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. Since it is right by the water, some of their rooms have sea view

There is digiturk in the rooms, which is a nice plus for those who love TV. As a shortcoming, I think there is no minibar in every room, I think it should be. In general, a hotel where you can leave satisfied

The breakfast is also very good, with plenty of variety and delicious. Due to its location, the hotel receives live music sounds from the surrounding bars and cafes until 12 at night

The hotel is in a historical building, the rooms are carefully furnished, stone walls, wooden ceilings offer a pleasant environment. The employees are smiling and very interested

As a historic stone home lover, the hotel is an excellently renovated historic building. The rooms all have a nice touch as well as the bar/restaurant area

Great Hotel stay for 1 nite stay with 37 paxs from Singapore through TravelConnect.sg. Dinner and Breakfast was superb. The beach was awesome with soothing view. Staff were very friendly. Well done and keep it up..!!!

Drinks are a bit on the pricey/ fleecing side, but hey, you're on holiday. Great 4 poster beds round the pool and by the beach. Go to Ephesus while you're there

We are not the type of people to come back to places as we like to explore new ones but we’ve been back 3 times! (We first visited on Mark Warner holidays). Check out Mehmet the hotel manager, he has been great

Not a real problem, but it would be nice to still have a plate infront of you while you pit you last forkful in your mouth 😉 More than enough variety of food. Fantastic view across the bay, makes for fab sunsets

One of the best holidays ever. We did go through Mark Warner so all our activities were included. There weren't enough hours in the day for me to do everything I wanted. Rooms tastefully decorated & well airconditioned

Would have liked more fruit you could take away like banana & apple but its a small thing. The pool was glorious & so big that it never felt crowded although we did go in July before the schools broke up

very clean & easy going beach establishment. the sea and nature around are amazingly good. far the best spot for swimming in this area.

Cozy, family hotel with private beach. it has great breakfast and dining options. For more space and garden, you can book villas instead of hotel rooms here for a small extra cost.

Excellent place, but there is an interesting fact I have learned from the locals, they say the prices fluctuate, and they can change drastically to higher and lower figures.

The guy in the reception is excellent. You can't find so many foreigners as well and that makes it so authentic. The hotels owners also own on beach with the same name that's really lovly

Bare in mind that the sea is deep and there's not much sand but grovel, yet i enjoyed. Try the beach just next to it. There you could find some sand

Family owned hotel. Very friendly staff. We felt just like at home. İt’s very dog friendly, this was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with our Frenchie. Definitely gonna visit again!

During our 5-day stay there we found the rooms to be impeccably clean, the breakfast was satisfying and we were always greeted by the friendly, very helpful hotel owners and staff

Hotel Karacam is set in an idyllic location, literally facing the sea and harboured boats and close walking distance to the main shopping area, restaurants and cafes

Unfortunately, the cafeteria at the beach announces the orders people place over a loudspeaker for them to retrieve their food, which may be annoying but is nowhere near as much of a problem as it is made out to be

For those interested in some watersports, there is a small surf shack (again, not related to the hotel) at the edge of the beach where you can rent windsurfs and small sailboats

Many of the complaints have little to nothing to do with the hotel itself: most of the noise comes from the beach in front of the hotel, which is run by the local municipality

The hotel has an agreement in that you may use the beach amenities (umbrellas and lounges) for free if you are staying at the hotel

Recently build and well managed, large rooms, very clean beach hotel made of stone and wood. Nice patio next to public beach with relaxed bold sofas under large umbrellas on grass

The beach is ~50 meters from the hotel and this is a great deal

Excellent experience in this husband/wife owned and operated hotel. I was recovering from a surgery and needed a quiet place to rest. There were many choices in Foca, so I took a chance and picked this one

It is very central and walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants. Old Foça is a beautiful historic city with lots of amazing architecture to view whilst walking to your destination

It's very easy to go swimming in the sea from the hotel as well, as there is a pier to go into the water right in front of it. And lots of restaurants are walking distance from the hotel

Our room was cozy with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. The hotel is centrally located near the waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches steps away

First and most it was a great location very friendly service great breakfast with wonderful people and the owner and the owner son and everybody else work at the hotel Dave are very funny they were very nice they helped us a lot they directed us to a great beaches and a beautiful restaurants this is one spot me and my family will come over and over again thank you guys

It’s an excellent value for your money. They really don’t have huge, modern hotels in Foca and they actually shouldn’t. This charming boutique hotel wonderfully captures the spirit of Foca’s Aegean ambience

Their Turkish coffee with sugar was outstanding. The owner is a handsome young hipster guy who went above and beyond to help us. His staff were colorful characters who added flavor to this establishment

They have lovely seating where you can watch the sunset and produce excellent cuisine from their restaurant. I ate possibly the best Turkish kofte or meatballs ever here with shoestring fries

My wife and I stayed for 2 days. The location is very close to the center. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. They have smiling and polite employees. The breakfast is very hearty and varied

Cons: Blackout curtains are not used in the rooms. So when the sun goes down, it's impossible to sleep in the room. Even though the curtain is closed, the whole place is sparkling

The location of the hotel is good, you are close to everywhere, you are at the dock with a few stairs. Despite this, the noise of Foça's crowded streets does not reach here

Great location - right on the marina with a view of the marina. Everything is walking distance and conveniently located. The staff is very very friendly and attentive. They satisfied all of our requests

It is a magnificent hotel that we checked in for 1 night and left in 3 nights. I can't say the employees, there is a complete family atmosphere. The hotel is like your own home

A place that can be preferred when coming to Foça We stayed for 1 night, we left very satisfied, the sheets were clean, the washbasin was clean, the room was clean in general, don't hesitate, we had a small celebration on the terrace, we preferred the room with a connecting door, but we couldn't close the connecting door, maybe we couldn't but it doesn't close

My wife is very keen on hygiene and she was very happy with the cleaness of the room. Siren is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre which is a great bonus. Remzi the owner helped me to find a parking for the car

Family owned local business which we prefer to support as much as we can. They were superbly friendly and trustworthy. We have left passport and valuables in their safe without any hesitation

We would recommend Siren Pansiyon to anyone who wants to be close the centre of the town with reasonable prices

We stayed for 1 night in Eski Foça, where we went for the first time. We entered a little late because the rooms were cleaned, the sea was visible from the balcony of the room we stayed in

Clean rooms, we stayed at the for person room and it was spacey and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. It is only one street away from the shore. 10/10 would visit again.

Rooms and bathrooms are quite outdated, those who are picky about it may be uncomfortable

The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficient, but I think it would be better if a separate staff only takes care of the cleaning. A 10/10 hotel if you care about cleanliness and the arrangement of the beach

The hotel is right on the ocean with a private beach. Great facilities a new hotel very familiar. The breakfast was very good and sufficient. The staff is kind and helpful which gives a professional look

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the reason why we chose the hotel was that it had its own sun loungers and umbrellas

Maybe using the beach will be much more enjoyable if the hotel separates its own part and clears it of stones with a rake

Only the beach needs a little maintenance, unfortunately because of the public parts people are very prone to dirty it!

Fantastic place to stay, very friendly staff, excellent service, clean rooms! The beach front is directly in front of the hotel, shops/restaurants and boat tours are 5 mins walking distance

They serve a 5-star Turkish breakfast between 9-11 am and they serve complimentary small pastries and tea in the afternoon. Only thing I could say was missing is a kettle in the room and the wi-fi signal can be improved

Lola 38 was the cutest hotel I have ever stayed in! The owners were amazing and so sweet. We had the most amazing time and all the rooms are gorgeous. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and so fresh

The hotel itself is a renovated old house and you can tell it is well loved and cared for. There's an almost magical courtyard at the back with a swing and relaxing lounge chairs

the breakfast food is fresh and varied. our room is lovely- this place was built 130 years ago but redone very recently. and it's right on the water, which is the best part

We spent time in Foça enjoying the perfect view with the perfect view on the beach. breakfast was not super super breakfast so maybe it was buffet. it was extremely delicious and a great breakfast by the sea

We visited about 10 hotels/pension in the vicinity and the best price/performance was the villa my grandfather

Small pension near the center of focea, there are no accessible beaches because there is immediately the port, we could not have breakfast because we left very early

As a boutique hotel, it exceeds expectations. Within walking distance of many swimming points. There is a big market 2-3 minutes away. Rooms are very clean and airy. Easy to find parking on the side street it is on
