Rooms are neat and cleaned up properly. Their service is generally good. However, the location is tricky to review. If you want a sort of resort feel, this place is for you, if not, it can be a nightmare as it’s far from the city center and any major activity. Overall I enjoyed my stay there as I had a shuttle that took me out when I wanted.

I stayed here due to flight cancellation. The service was delightful and satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The lobby has a view pf the pool as well. Their location is down a hill which makes it hard to commute in the surrounding area unless you are used to hiking and hills. Didn’t get the chance to try the food.

Pool was out of service due to the maintenance. There’re no restaurants options near the hotel. Breakfast is more as a 3/4 star hotels than a 5 stars hotel, the juice machine was out of service on my second day stay.

Sinan- One of the best person who always assisted on whatever I needed. Nice hotel very well maintained. Chef - Ceyhun one of the best chef and person, always helped a person like me who is vegetarian and have a dietary requirement. Very good staff always ready to help.

The look is beautiful, and the interior is nice too. food was not good at all. The check in staff were not very helpfull and didn't talk back much English

We were there for a transfer since our plane was delayed. Room clean, spacious but was hot. I don't know whose responsibility it was but the dinner we were promised turned out a sandwich with juice and that's after being in the airport for 4h waiting transfer.

The hotel is very well equipped. It has its own swimming pool, sauna and gym. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and pleasant. Delicious breakfasts, with a large selection of dishes. The only minus is the location. Unfortunately there is nothing interesting nearby. You can drive 20 minutes to the seaside. However, this is the best hotel in this area and I recommend it.

Nice room and friendly staff. I stayed at 7th floor, but the noises from outside (cars, ambulance s, etc.) were a bit annoying. This hotel has a good restaurant. Edit: Right after submitting this, I saw a mouse 🐀 in my room. They gave me another room quickly, but I couldn't rest anymore.

Located at this hotel by Pegasus Airlines due to the fact that missed the connection flight. Pleasantly surprised friendly service at the reception and excellent breakfast. The only issue was that the room was relatively small. The rest was very good.

Hotel is nicely located and the rates are great, food in the restaurant is actually very good too, but in my room the TV didn't work, some of the light switches and fittings were broken etc. Also the quality of the rooms overall is not great, but I guess it's not bad value for money.

My experience at the Hyatt House Gebze was unforgettable. On my arrival, I was greeted by staff members and was upgraded to a suite without even asking. Well done, and you will see me back here for sure.

Love staying at the Hyatt, western standard service - though the location is not great I would prefer to stay there again due to their fantastic service. The rooms were impeccably clean. There is a mall next to it which is convenient, but no good restaurants near by. Also Uber is not available in this area.

The hotel and the staff can make you feel like home. No other hotel in this area with the same offer. The staff will make your stay the most comfortable as you can imagine. The best option for long stay.

Located 10 min walk from Marmaray station, so you can get to the center of Istanbul in 1,5-2 hr. The WiFi connection and breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, but the stuff was very friendly and the reception speaks good English

A nice hotel with a human touch (and a remarkable brand) in a town maybe known nowadays only with its immense industrial zone. A great haven after a long day in the factories. There is a very nice ice-cream parlor in one minute walk from the hotel. And the indispensable mall of course is across the street.

Awesome place and awesome people. I gave only 4 stars because of the noise that was in the night. The rooms that are facing the road are very noisy. But as I mentioned before the people who were there were awesome and that beats everything.

This hotel isn’t bad but there are definitely somethings that could be improved. The rooms smelled a bit smoky even though we asked for a nonsmoking room.
