My experience at the Hyatt House Gebze was unforgettable. On my arrival, I was greeted by staff members and was upgraded to a suite without even asking. Well done, and you will see me back here for sure.

Love staying at the Hyatt, western standard service - though the location is not great I would prefer to stay there again due to their fantastic service. The rooms were impeccably clean

The room is very nice with the view. But the bathroom had many problems. The gym is normal not bad and not amazing The swimming pool is dissociating

Room are nice , with balcony, bed is comfortable too. Surrounding and pool need some improvement. Food at the restaurant is good.

I visited the hotel once, it was very nice. The breakfast was very good, too. Only the Wi-fi wasn't good. The parking places are not enough.

A nice hotel with great service!

We regularly visit the hotel during my mother's treatment in Anadolu JH. Great A+ service, I really like the the hotel, the owner and the employees, they do their best to make you fill like home

the hotel is good, but the restaurant of the hotel that is right next to the hotel is very good, superb. breakfast very very good and deversified. the restaurant is also very clean

A small cute place suitable for its price, a place where you can stay comfortably, the only missing sound insulation is insufficient

Room itself ok from the size, but needs refurbishment. Short stay ok, but for longer you might want to take bigger room in the same hotel (sea view) as room with garden view is for short stay only

But the room condition is not good, it was full of cigarete smell, water in bath was leaking, toilet flush was not working properly, air conditioning slightly broken, but cooling was working

We stayed only for overnight, so experience is short. Location is good, we did nice walk in the evening. Owners are really nice and helpful

I recently stayed at Ramada Inn Asia Inn Airport and unfortunately, my experience with the swimming pool and gym was quite disappointing. Both facilities were out of service for the entire duration of my week-long stay

Unfortunately there is nothing interesting nearby. You can drive 20 minutes to the seaside. However, this is the best hotel in this area and I recommend it

Hotel has a big fitness centre and closed swimming pool which is big plus. Breakfast may need to improve but overall it's a proper 5 star hotel

But there is nothing interesting in walking access. The hotels have a gym, swimming pool,conference rooms for choice,beliarth ,table football addicts. Unich is a very tasty kitchen especially desserts and first dishes

The airline sent us to this hotel because of a difference in transit time, the hotel is very nice and clean and all the staff were very kind and helpful with us and helped with everything, the food is very delicious they have, I loved the place and the nice people here 💓 Very happy that we visited here by chance

Staff was warm and welcoming, a big shout out to Baran the food and beverage manager that made sure to make guests feel home and well treated after long hours of flight delays, cancellations and other unexpected circumstances

We had great 3 days here because of great people who work here,especially Mustafa and Beyzanur, Emre, Mert❤️ They were for everything we need, so nice,so kind, that they made our stay even better

Me and my colleague's flew in from Taiwan here to visit our sub contractor, the service at the hotel was very nice and left a strong impression for me about Turkey,(especially Resul)room was also cleaned properly and good, the breakfast though was the same for 3 days, but was very clean and healthy, i loved the pickle olives with beat inside, bread was very good aswell

One of the greatest hotels, the service is 10/10 , large fresh clean rooms, the breakfast is amazing and delicious the front desk agents are so kind they speak English fluently always have a smile in their faces and very helpful they helped me with many things

The hotel has a wonderful sauna and Turkish bath that we had enjoyed a lot 😍 it also have a secure parking for car this was the second time we come to this hotel and I would come back to it whenever I'll come to the city

The WiFi connection and breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, but the stuff was very friendly and the reception speaks good English

Small and cozy hotel with pool. Beautiful terrace and interior. Hotel is near the seashore and you can walk and see fisherman and little boats. There is a small markets near the hotel to buy water or snacks

The rooms are with kinda old furniture but they are HUGE and clean and the price for what you are getting is more than great. There is a free small parking with a few parking lots. You can also park on the street

Breakfast is good and satisfying. Everyone stays alone at breakfast due to covid precaution. It is self service Staff are cherfull a helpfull. You do not need to have meal at the hotel

A neat & clean hotel. Rooms are little bit dark (may be energy saving) as minimum light fittings are installed. A good restaurant as well as some good eateries around the place. Staff are very helpful.

It was very nice there also there was a technical malfunction in room 120 but otherwise it was super luxurious definitely recommended but we had booked 2 rooms and also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast
