Rooms are neat and cleaned up properly. Their service is generally good. However, the location is tricky to review. If you want a sort of resort feel, this place is for you, if not, it can be a nightmare as it’s far from the city center and any major activity.
Overall I enjoyed my stay there as I had a shuttle that took me out when I wanted.

I stayed here due to flight cancellation. The service was delightful and satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The lobby has a view pf the pool as well. Their location is down a hill which makes it hard to commute in the surrounding area unless you are used to hiking and hills. Didn’t get the chance to try the food.

I was there a month ago. I t hink it is the best hotel in town. It has a beautiful position, on the seashore, it is clean, with a kind staff. I want to especially mention Mehmet, who helped us with the diet, becausethe dinner menu was not very diverse, intended for those with a dietary and vegan diet.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Our safe didn’t work and due to the language barrier and just having surgery, I didn’t ask for a different one. I assumed putting my money under the mattress would be safe in my own room at a 5* hotel. I came back to my room to realise one of the staff (housekeepers) had stolen £430 from me in cash. I made a statement and was told it would be taken very seriously. The next morning I went to do my makeup ready for my flight home and my makeup had been stolen too!!!
Again, I was promised this would be dealt with and I would be refunded. As soon as I landed in the UK, I got an email from the hotel saying they take no responsibility and very rudely told me I had nothing stolen.
If you want your belongings stolen whilst you’re vulnerable - then stay here.
Also the hotel smells disgusting. There is mould in the rooms. Air con doesn’t work. Bedding was filthy. Floors were filthy. Maybe because the cleaners are too busy thieving from guests to clean!!!

We booked Deluxe Room. The bathroom has different vibe from another hotel. Pretty in camera.
We had sea-view which is mesmerizing. But the only reason i gave 3 stars is their breakfast. They could’ve done better.
There was a staff, in breakfast buffet, didnt say anything when I opened all the empty buffet without informing me that actually they were emptied.
Poor menu (it was weekend tho, i know they could’ve done better)
Please take care of the variant of your breakfast menu.

Excellent hotel: beautiful, clean, wonderful cuisine, views of the strait and near the promenade for walking

Pegasus airlines took me here as my flight had a delay and I stayed here for one night. It is a quiet hotel in a quite place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. There is a kettle in the room and tea bags and instant coffee. I didn't use the pool but I guess it should be fine. Thai massage and Turkish hammam options are available (you can bargain for prices!) It was a nice stay. I recommend if you like a quite holiday.
