Costa Luvi Hotel - All Inclusive

Total disaster
Nothing like in the photos.
We have booked for 10 days but we stayed just 1 night, time to book somewhere else.
Cheap, unsafe, disgusting and dirty for our standards.
Extremely expensive for the offer. The same money we’ve found a real 5* Ultra All Inclusive next day.
Cold food, drinks from dirty machine.
Its a shame for Booking listing these shity motels like they were proper hotels.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. First of all, because there are more to say, the booked room was an apartment, that could not be provided because the air conditiong was not working. They promised that if the family accepts two double rooms for one night, the apartment would be ok for the next day. But it didn’t happen. The tourists were moved in an apartament and promised that the AC is working. But this was not true. That apartment continued to have the AC broken and it was very hot in the room. On the 3rd day the hotel tried to convince the family that together with their two children should take 2 double rooms. When the tourists didn’t accepted, the hotel accomodated them in another apartment with a functional AC. Only on the 3rd day. More than this, the passports were not found in the room and the hotel didn’t care, did nothing to help. They said the passports should have been kept in the safe box, but the safe box was broken and didn’t work. The hotel staff came to the room and mentioned that. When, in the middle of the night, the tourists needed a car to go the consulate in Izmir, in order to get the necessary papers for the flight, the hotel refused to help, to give them a car or a driver. So, the tourists took a 7 hour round trip by a taxi to Izmir.
Never, but never go to this hotel. I think the way they treat their tourists says everything about the way they are.

Most unsecured hotel experience in my life. When I was sitting in my room suddenly my door opened by a strange guy with the key card! I was scared and shocked, but he was also shocked and immediately left. I called the receptionist and both of the receptionist and the manager said it was a system error, and randomly said sorry. The manager denied my insecurity and he said this is the most secure hotel. I tried my own key card at my sister’s room, and I was able to open her door!! It was the most annoying part of my experience with this hotel. Beside it, I saw hair in dishes a few times, and air conditioners are not working at the restaurant. No way to enjoy your food, you soaking up with sweat while trying to eat. I was thinking giving 5 stars just because servers are helpful and friendly, but this experience was a big impact.

No more than one star for a place where the staff steals. My wife's watch disappeared from the room after cleaning. We heard about two other cases of stolen money. There was no reaction from anyone "we can call the police if you want no problem" ...This is not a 4 star hotel, hard 3 max. The pictures have nothing to do with reality. The food is the same every day .The location is great.Great potential but undeveloped.The workers hardly speak any English,even at the reception.No lobby bar just a semblance of a pool bar.I don't recommend.

Avoid like the plague! Absolutely shockingly rude staff, no wifi anywhere but the lobby and the partial sea view patio description should have read “dirty entrance overlooking a rubbish bin and a wall”...
The location is good so if the management changes the team and spends some money to show the property some tlc, the place could be great. Instead, the last investment there was probably made in the 90s and they look at guests as $$s and nothing more.

I recommend you to avoid this hotel at all costs. Very disappointed. The room I got smelled cigarettes like crazy 🤢🤢
Also the rooms as you will see from the pictures I attached. It has killed my mood to enjoy my vacation.

Rooms are tooo small, you must take a bigger room tlor suite .. the good thing is they have beach and pool + all inclusive
