This is specifically for the massage service I received at the Marmara Bodrum hotel. I bought a sport massage service for 60 minutes and was very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Walking into the massage/spa area, I could hear loud music from the gym. There was nothing they could do to lower the volume even though no one was using the gym. The masseuse who took care of me was not dressed properly. He was in his gym clothes with short! Before the massage he asked whether there was any part he should watch out for, I told him “no butt”. During the massage, he completely ignored the instructions and went for my buttocks anyway. After the massage, the knots on my shoulders are still there. Overall, I did not feel relaxed from the moment I came in to the moment I walked out of that place. The masseuse brushed through my knots without realizing them. His massage license and training are questionable.

Fantastic hotel with beautifully designed rooms, public areas and pool. A very good balance between beauty, comfort and practicality. The team is friendly and the breakfast was delightful.
If we can give a bit of feedback, please improve the quality of your cocktails in the pool bar. And perhaps train your polite young staff in the pool and restaurant to be more proactive in service such as clearing up dirty plates and being more knowledgeable about restaurant recommendations outside of your own hotel. Small feedback only.
Otherwise we had a perfectly wonderful time and a very restful sleep.

Really great hotel the view of Bodrum from the swimming pool is fabulous. Gokhan and the team were extremely helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and how to get around. We had dinner one evening at the hotel and really enjoyed it, the breakfast options are also terrific, can’t recommend enough.

Great rooms, amazing breakfast with a view of the castle and the marinas, and very attentive service. The hotel is 15-20 minutes walking from Bodrum’s shore, taxis are easy to get and has shuttle to another beach hotel (I did not use it). All in all is a great proposition for someone looking for a high quality hotel with great views and no stress.

My partner and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at this hotel in mid-April! It was nice and quiet because it wasn't the busy season. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a room with a sea view, but there was a building blocking it a bit. Since we wanted to take photos, the staff kindly moved us to a room with a much better view.
The room was really big and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and really good quality tea and coffee. The hotel restaurant probably has the best view of the city, the castle, and the sea – and the food is really delicious! We ate dinner there a few times.
On the day of our checkout, the staff were so nice and let us stay in the room a few extra hours because no one else was booked in yet. That was incredibly thoughtful of them.
I definitely recommend this hotel. And if you're looking for a relaxing holiday, consider traveling during the off-season like we did – it was wonderful!

I just came back from a stay at The Marmara hotel. Although the grounds were nice there was some issues with our stay.
The location, has beautiful views, however is not accessible to an atm so make sure you have money on you before going to the hotel, as all of the taxis are cash only. Whilst the town is a short walk away. The hotel is situated up a very steep hill. So steep I fell down trying to walk to the the town. This makes it quite remote so you can't go for a stroll at all.
The room we stayed in was a sea view suite. Whilst the views were fantastic the bathroom/ plumbing issues were a constant problem. The shower is over the bath and would not drain. Our feet were gathered in water everytime and the water filled with our dirt. We kept reporting the issue to the front desk and they constantly said it was fixed each time.
Another night the toilet stopped flushing. This was fixed however on top of the shower not draining it was starting to.become annoying.
They offered to upgrade our room but we only had one more night left at the hotel so it wasn't worth the hassle of packing and moving. This should have been offered the first time we reported the issue.
The hotel offered us 300 lire in compensation which was less than a price of a cocktail at the pool bar. This was quite frankly insulting.
I would not be recommending this hotel. Whilst I appreciate things can go wrong, it's how they are dealt with that truly shows sincerity.

I can't describe how much the place is so beautiful, genuine, I felt I was in a different type of Greek, art pieces were everywhere, and there was a lobby just to draw and sign, the spa is amazing, and the jewellery shop there is amazing, the staff is more than friendly, service is amazing.
I'm already missing the taste of fruited and pomegranate juice there.

Beautiful view of Bodrum from this hotel and reasonably priced for the quality of service and ammenidites. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. Pool was amazing and restaurant was perfect for sunset. The front desk staff was always extrmely helpful when it came to recommendations and helping to book dinner reservations in town. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and large. There is a beautiful pool with stunning views of the city and castle. The restaurant was 10/10. The food, drinks and service were incredible. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Bodrum. It was so relaxing.

From start to finish our stay at the Marmara was amazing.
It was our honeymoon and the staff made our stay so special.
Hotel is clean,friendly,cosy and is at beautiful location.
We will def come back for our 1 year anniversary.
