The hotel looks like it is newly renovated. Very nice look to it. Good views of the Mediterranean but not close to the beach or anything else. Taxi to old town is about TL300 where the real tourist stuff is.
Breakfast is average at best. Food looks like it's been standing out for a few days.
The restaurant for dinner is very nice. Sushi is great. Any meat dish is not great at all.
Service is OK but it is a real frustration since no one understands English. I would not recommend this place if you can't speak Turkish.

Lovely pool 🤩
I love the territory of the hotel because it’s surrounded by trees a lot. So natural and the staff so hospitable
Especially the guy who stayed security post every single time when we from parking he welcome us like come to our house and a waitress girl an Indonesian she is lovely and her service.
Big thanks to a housekeeping team ladies 🙏
We enjoyed our visit and fully satisfied 🫶

Staff are very very friendly and always avaliable to help. Massage was one of the best we had. Only negative for us was, the food in the hotel is expensive - but this might be a general problem for Bodrum and not special to the hotel.
Most places we visited were a 30 min drive with car, with no traffic issues.

Stayed here recently for a few nights. The hotel is quite pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. The location isn't bad, about a 5 minute taxi ride to the sea. The restaurant also OK, nothing amazing.
The breakfast though was appalling. The milk was sour, the food looked old as if it had been on display for many days and the general quality of the food was poor. There isn't even a toaster, just an industrial sized grill that no guest can work out how to use. My complaints to the staff at the breakfast area were met with some resistance. Ramada - this is an area that needs massive improvement and not acceptable or what is considered a 5 star hotel.

Superb location, fantastic rooms and service. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Do check out their wellness centre and spa.

Very nice hotel apart from the rooms. Trees block balcony doors. Air conditioning is very very poor. Location of the hotel is ok at best and staff aren't the most helpful.

The hotel seemed fairly new yet that came with a price. The rooms were cleaned by very nice and pleasant workers yet they were probably understaffed therefore we found bottles under our bed and our closet from previous visitors. The staff was clearly there not to help but to just respond to our questions. It wasnt very kid friendly because when we missed the breakfast hour and wanted to dine in one of their restaurants/pub they were easily annoyed of the kids touching anything on the tables (salt and pepper included) . The pool looked nice but there were black dirt or something that looked like poop at the bottom of it and no matter how many times we asked them to clean it they said it gets cleaned daily. The hotels breakfast was unfortunately also not very pleasant. The cheese and the bread were stale and definitely not fresh. Overall I wouldn’t advise you to waste your money by staying here.

Outdoor pool wasn't open. It was under construction and we weren't informed of this situation.
We have complained about particles in the pool which seemed like dirt. They indicated that it would be taken care of but it was there for at least 5 days. (until the day we left.)
We found an empty bottle of wine in our room left from the previous visitors.
Under the beds were filthy.
The rooms surround an open area and that area causes a lot of echoing. So in the middle of the night we were able to hear people slamming their doors as it echoed throughout the floor.
We were given a room that oversaw the sea. You had to have hawk eyes to see the sea :)
Our room was right above the staff smoking area, so we were a part of their smoking experience.
We have requested support from the technical team so they removed the part and never replaced it.
Breakfasts were not in very good quality. Not many healthy options for kids and people who are interested. Bananas provided were ripe and couldn't be eaten as it was very hard. It seems as if the lowest quality of products were provided in semi-fancy setting to make it seem more interesting. It did seem like the hotel was cutting down on costs.
The staff members, specifically Turkish ones, seemed very unhappy and unresponsive during busy times.
Indoor poor was small and during busy times it did seem to be very chaotic. Hamam was okay and generally clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the amount of value they have placed for their services. If you have money and would like to spend it wisely, I would recommend another location. Additionally, it is not very family friendly (FYI)

We stayed here for 3 nights. The check in procedure was quick and nice. The rooms were a different story. We were given rooms on the 4th floor from the bottom, the rooms were nothing great and very dull with no view at all. We tried to request for better rooms atleast with a view but it wasn't honored. Both rooms had air conditioning which wasn't working and made the rooms feel like a sauna. After multiple requests which included a fan and room changes we still dint get good rooms. After one sleepless night due to the room being hot and noisy neighbors( fight broke out in the next room) we were given excuses by the management as the air con on the whole floor was centralized and it was the same on the whole floor which was unacceptable. Nermin the duty manager finally came to inspect the rooms and noticed the issue of the heat and offered rooms with working air conditioning which was nice. Breakfast was nothing special. Not much in terms of choice ( mind you this was our third hotel on our trip ). Overall my suggestion is I think the rooms really need to be updated and also one big point is that your corporate website for the hotel does not display any of your room options so it's hard to pick them out which is surprising since this is a Ramada and it's part of the Wyndham group. I dint feel like I stayed in one I'm sorry.

We dropped by to have drinks and dessert as a family. Staff was extremely accommodating to help my 93 year old father in law. The facilities and the location of the resort are very nice. The view from the terrace during the sunset was breathtaking. We had wine, mojitos, cheese platter, sushi etc and the drinks and the food were all very decent. When we tried to pay by credit card the scanners did not work. They were shaking the machines to make them work!!! Odd enough, they didn’t have a register that was not wireless. We ended up paying cash which was unusual for us to carry that much of it. I would have rated the visit three stars because of that experience but knowing how friendly the staff was and what a great time we had, I’m rating it five stars. My in laws have a house nearby and we’ll definitely visit again. Keep up the good work but upgrade your credit card scanners!
