Disappointing. Poor food, building layout (too many steps) and standard of room. Would avoid. Only upside was the spa which was good.

Arrived at around 1 in the morning to be given a warm cheese barm cake wrapped in cling film, and a coffee and juice machine for drinks. No bars open or anywhere for something to eat . Got taken to our room which had 7 flights of steps to get to , There was a lift to use for 3 of the flights of steps but it broke twice during our 1 week stay so didn't feel safe using it. Good points = all 3 pools were nice to use although they don't have the padding cushions like the pictures suggest. Food ok if your not a fussy eater. nice views. fresh towels and bedding freshened every day. Bad points = lots and lots of steps unless your staying in the hotel itself. Old tired rooms like rusty taps covered in limescale, shower could do with regrouting and maybe a deep clean of the room and bathroom.

A terrible vacation. I've been to many places, but unfortunately, the only nice thing about this hotel is the view. Let's start with the people working there. They were smiling, but unfortunately, their English was terrible. It's very difficult to look at. Since it's a 4-star resort, you should be able to answer questions (I'm referring solely to the waiters; the reception was okay). In particular, I'd like to single out a very grumpy gentleman with rather long, dark blond hair. He was terribly unpleasant. He often poured drinks at the buffet, was rude and arrogant, and looked at people with attitude. Another issue was the room, which left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I've never seen a more miserable 4-star hotel. Another sad thing is that, unfortunately, the hotel is adults-only, and the pool closes at 7 p.m., after which they ask people to leave. Since it's an adults-only resort, with temperatures like these, I suspect most people would like to cool off a bit longer. Personally, I didn't like the food; I had to go out to eat something good, even with the all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, Russian music is often played at the bar, which I didn't like much, especially since I'm in Turkey, so if you're going on vacation and want to listen to more international music, I wouldn't recommend it. In short, I was very disappointed. Finally, I'd like to emphasize that the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work, the internet is terrible, practically nonexistent, and the TV is stuck in the 90s.

Buses every 10 minutes were needed to get to central Gumbet and Bodrum. Room in Reception area - disco can be really loud until 11 p.m. Steps steep and not too smooth.Hotel needs upgrading not 4 star as described. Manager put his hands into ice cubes and wiped his forehead. Popcorn dished out in evenings at bar with hands no gloves. Wasps on food left out Trip hazard in doorway to bathroom. Bed comfortable and towels changed every day. Beach long way off and down steep hills and then back up. Pool area trip hazard not cleared of water enough. Food ok not fantastic but ok choices Chips sometimes cold. Balcony doors needed a good push to open. Line outside hanging off wall. air con worked. Ok place if you want to stay round pool and drink all day. No other entertainment. Despite this we enjoyed holiday went to local restaurant in Gumbet who picked us up and returned us after meal.

We have only just arrived, my husband left his wallet by the pool and it was returned almost instantly! Pleas ignore the naff reviews

Rooms- The rooms especially the showers are filthy. We stayed in room 308 for 10 nights. The shower had a piece of pipe which we think ran in from the air con that constantly dripped. However, didn’t quite do the job as water leaked onto the floor in the main bedroom, which was a slip hazard. The air con itself did not work which made sleeping difficult as the room was so hot. The bathroom was disgusting, when we first arrived we ran the slip mat for the shower inside the shower cubicle floor and it came out black! We wore sliders whilst taking a shower and inside the room. Everything is dated in the hotel itself and unclean. Toilets were blocked as you walked from the restaurant up to the lifts. Bad odors throughout the hotel including the restaurant.. Restaurant- The restaurant is dirty, especially the surfaces. The front area where the bread is kept looked like it’s never been cleaned. There were some good food choices but the cleanliness of the restaurant is off putting. Drinks- the beer was the best option. Gin and Vodka tasted like perfume, white wine tasted like the cheapest of the cheap and soft drinks weren’t much better. As other reviews have stated there is lots of steps most of which are broken in very poorly lighted areas. Pool areas- the large pool on -1 area is very dirty. It does not look like it has been swept or cleaned in a very long time. The cleanest out of the 3 areas was the pool near the restaurant. Staff weren’t very friendly and struggled to even reply to a hello or good morning. Entertainment- the music played in the sunset bar is what is played during the day and repeated at night only much louder. So a chilled evening is not an option as there is only one area to sit other than your room. The last 3 nights of our stay was like you were sitting in a nightclub and even louder than the beginning of our holiday. How EasyJet can sell this hotel as a 4 star rating is unbelievable and definitely cannot be doing much for there reputation. We do not recommend this hotel at all and definitely won’t be returning!

The resort's location is ideal for exploring the best of Bodrum, & the service from everyone on the team was outstanding

I think some people are very quick to complain! I had spent the weeks coming up to our trip reading reviews becoming concerned that the hotel was not as good as the picture when booking, however I was pleasantly surprised! when we arrived we could check straight into the room and the hotel staff carried the cases to the room and gave us a brief tour explaining the main features of the hotel. there are lots of steps so the reviews didn't lie on that case, however this is nothing unusual to other abroad destinations. we were in a hotel room located on its own block away from the main block which was lovely, the people in the room next door were very loud at times however nothing the hotel was at fault for! like any hotel that isn't brand new there are features such as the bathroom that are outdated, but had everything we needed. the room was very basic as expected, perhaps more wardrobe space would have been nice. I didn't know what to expect for the food. there was a different "main" meat each dinner time which was a nice change, with the side dishes generally being the same or different flavours of the same etc. a weeks stay was the perfect amount of time to be there without the food becoming repetitive! I have allergies so was slightly unsure what I was able to have but from speaking to the staff I was shown what I was and wasn't able to eat. there were 2 bars and drinks were all nice, however majority of cocktail options are all at an extra cost. there were daytime entertainment options if wanted but other pool options if wanting a quieter break. beaches nearby but have to walk down steep hills to get there. overall I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting a cheap trip away

I will start with the good part of the hotel, we were a group of five young adults that stayed there for seven days during the start of October; The staff at the restaurant is very polite and works fast to attend the guests and their requests, there was one boy working at the reception that was really helpful with information also; The spa and massage staff were really kind and welcoming, that was overall the best part of our stay- the massage and sauna; the location is convenient, has nearby beaches and bus stops + a supermarket at a close proximity. So far, that had been the only proper part of the whole stay, the rest was not pleasant to say the least: The rooms are very outdated, there is black mold in the bathroom and shower, we had to shower with slippers each time. There are no lights on the ceiling of the rooms, the only ones are bedside lights that you have to plug in to use properly, the outlets are very inconveniently placed in the middle of nowhere on the walls, there is not an outlet close to the mirror besides on right above the sink which is a hazard on its own. Our room we stayed at had a practically unusable balcony, RIGHT next to the pool, first floor, the door could be easily opened from the outside out, we had little to no privacy whatsoever since the curtains only cover half the big windows that is pointed at the bar that’s FACING our room and the pool. There is no shelf in the shower to put your things at besides the sink, some of the towels they gave us were already used/dirty, the beds had hair on them from previous guests, the hygiene was practically non-existent if we hadn’t cleaned our rooms ourselves. The doorknobs are rusted and close/lock strangely, sometimes just open on their own when you’ve locked them, the walls are very thin to the point I hear the upstairs’ guest’s conversation as clear as if they were sitting right next to us in the same room; The pools are filthy and uncleaned, there were several tissues thrown in them and nobody bothered to clean them for three days straight as far as I have seen, the water from the shower that is supposed to be CLEAN and FRESH is salty as if coming from the sea itself and does not lather your shampoo at all, leaves you itching and feeling like you had just been at the beach instead of freshly showered. The food was good but most of the time there weren’t tables available to sit at and utensils were limited- you had to personally find a staff to ask for them. The ‘game room’ has not more than 5 fitness machines (only one of them worked) and two billard- that’s it. As a hotel manager myself- I would not give this hotel 4* in the standard of Turkey and for this price we had paid for it.
