Speaking of, the all inclusive plus package was particularly good because you got bonuses like a free stocked mini fridge, a variety of free restaurants to enjoy and butt loads of free incredible drinks, cocktails and mock-tails

However the room cleaning staff were phenomenal and would always make sure you had a full mini fridge

The entertainment in the day and night was also funny and entertaining

The shop is incredibly expensive so definitely wouldn’t shop there - the shop down the road is super cheap and a 300m walk!!!! The pool is incredibly crowded every single day even at early hours in the morning

Trying to create a very honest review! The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are smart but nothing special. The beach area is kept clean, it’s quiet and the water is clear with lots of fishes

Impossible to get a sun bed as it seems that people are putting a towel down to secure the bed and then going off for the day or to breakfast

Great place to stay , nice pool food is good liked the open bar , Turkish bath and clean rooms . Recommend everyone to try Jasmin Hotel 👍

whilst here we booked the a lacart restaurant ltalian the food was set up on tables before we arrived and the stray cats were climbing on tables and eating off thre plate. Food is nice but very repetitive and cold

I did read some bad reviews before coming however if you are expecting a 5 star super hotel you won’t get that here as it could probably do with a lick of paint - that’s my only negative

There’s a lot of people at this hotel but it never feels crowded, there’s a lot of space and if you have trouble finding any, the staff will find it for you. Overall recommended if you want to stay in Bodrum

Pools are great but a bit noisy when the entertainment crew are around 😄 there is ample free sunbeds on the beach which has a host of water sports. All staff at the resort are the most friendly you'll meet

Cleaning staff work very hard and quick, efficient. The rooms are quaint but I never felt uncomfortable, the shower was powerful and there’s a small safe

Very nice traditional hotel with amazing view! We stay 4 nights in standar room and it was very big with sea view ! Nice service clean very very nice breakfast lunch and dinner with amazing view also! The only problem was the internet it’s not working good I couldn’t send photos in what’s up or to make video calls and I couldn’t see Netflix!

Good wardrobe/storage space, bed was okay. Music heard until early hours of the morning but wasn't a huge issue. When the room was cleaned, everything was fine, good cleaners, towels changed frequently

Good food selections, buffet changed daily however the food was often luke warm unless you're there when it's served or replenished, partly due to people leaving the lids off the food and possibly partly due to the heated tables not being hot enough

Air con worked but was in the "living room" and not in the bedroom which struggled to cool down, balcony door was hard to open, room safe was locked shut so couldn't use until I spoke to reception and asked them to open it, the fridge was in a cupboard of which the door was basically hanging off, we had to ask reception for more toilet roll because our room wasn't cleaned / seen to on the 2nd day,...

In terms of entertainment, we saw the same dance group 3 times over a 10 day period, another dance group twice and all the other nights were all dance acts. Some variety would have been nice

Reception didn't seem to know what was going on when we arrived, we had to ask for our all inclusive wristbands and nothing was really explained to us

Went back to reception to tell them, and they agreed to change our room. 2nd room was much better, still on the opposite side of the road

Eren, Osman, Ahmet and Ramiz are some of the best in the service industry! My friends and I all come from the service industry in America and we were so impressed with the outstanding service

He performs his job excellently and is very entertaining. Mevlanur, Ramis (the manager), Sevgis, Esra were all so amazing we didn't lack anything

The protein is very well seasoned and isn't overbearing at all. We were having dinner the other night and the DJ was soooo good

They even asked where we were from and played afrobeats 😄 If you like animals, there are a few cats roaming around. Amazing views from the rooms, rooftop bar, the beach, pretty much everywhere in the resort

Voyage Bodrum is absolutely lovely place to stay for your next visit. Here are top reasons: 1) Rooms are clean and fresh from linen to towels they smell so fresh and clean. The showers are hot and clean

the staff is very helpful and attentive, they always have a smile on their face and their good mood is contagious. The panorama is just incredible, and even in the middle of October, the water is still as good as ever

There's no wifi in the rooms, but that's a good thing, as it encourages us to get out of our rooms and meet others in communal areas such as the restaurant, bar or beach, where there's free wifi

The mosque is far from the hotel, so you don't have to listen to morning prayers, which is a big plus when you're on vacation to get some sleep. This is one of our best Turkey holidays

In the evening the music is a little louder but still pleasant. The bay is calm, you can swim like in a swimming pool. The swimming zone is separated from the boating zone, which gives a great sense of security

The beds are new and very comfortable. the rooms are cleaned every day. This is one of the few hotels that has its own beach included in the price of the stay. Bitez is a wonderful, peaceful and charming place

There is no any hassle by employee and they dont charge for sun bed and umbrella.and there are s lot of sitting and relaxing area around the beach as well.overall l had a great experience

Only negative for us was, the food in the hotel is expensive - but this might be a general problem for Bodrum and not special to the hotel. Most places we visited were a 30 min drive with car, with no traffic issues

Pros: - You can get an upgrade as a platinum member (depending on availability) - Hotel is located in Bodrum city, you have a lot of options around in terms of activities / food - Several restaurants, and a beautiful spa/pool

We do appreciate support of the reception staff, who made an effort to show us alternative rooms, and helped get the refund for the points for remaining nights, so we could relocate to Edition hotel

I do have to say, that while our expectations and reality didn't match, the hotel does have beautiful views. It's a shame they are prioritising Buddha bar customers vs people staying at the hotel

The pool is brilliant and spacious, there was always pool activities that everyone would enjoy. The night time entertainment starts at around 9pm and it was out of this world, dancers, bingo, good music and more to enjoy

I have stayed in many hotels, Hotel Serpina has been one of the best hotel so far because of the details. You see clean rooms, delicious food and smiling faces everywhere

The food was excellent with a well stocked bar. Special mention for Engi who would do anything for us and never seemed to sleep

Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff always willing to go the extra mile for you. The Pool was always clean and bar open until late. Hotel is a few steps from the beach and about 10 min walk from gumbet centre

Average room, dirty curtains with large stain on them, no mattress protector on the bed, broken shower door, nothing to wash up dishes with if you chose self catering, our aircon was broken (after paying more money to have it), very close to the beach, average food, they sometimes host evening entertainment which was OK

Extremely loud music into the night so if you want an early quiet night you won't get it here. Nice size pool but will not be returning
