Had to always ask for toilet paper and towels, they never clean the room. Only one lady at the bar that was really nice. Most of them can not speak English so it’s hard to communicate. But the hotel was nice, just need to change out the staff and upgrade their service. And you provoke me when you mean I just spent one night there.. I was there for 7 days.

We live here now. Service??Unfortunately, this hotel does not know about the service. The garbage is not always taken out, they brought thin grocery bags instead of garbage bags. We waited 2 days for toilet paper. The hotel where I work is of a lower class, but the attitude cannot be compared. It is very clean and new property. Location is great , walking distance to Bitez beach. Water gets fogy in afternoon, but it is nice and calm in the morning. My mom spent 8 month at Dorman and cannot wait to return. The staff and general manager of the hotel are incredible, warm, attentive, professional. Amazing views, beautiful peaceful location but 10 minutes walk from Bitez seafront with its shops bars and restaurants. Good size apartment with a/c throughout 2 minutes walk from the beach club. Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough to help you. It exceeded expectations on almost every level.

Nice accommodation with everything you need and expect. Staff friendly and helpful, quiet location still 3 minutes from the beach. You can eat in the adjoining restaurant, which is part of it. There are ATMs nearby. The boss is helpful and friendly. It doesn't always have to be 4 or 5 stars!!!

The place where I stayed for a long time, spent the pandemic period, when I left, I felt sadness when I left, and for me its name is Villa Huzur... Bird sounds, scents of roses, bananas, lemons, pomegranate trees... 1 minute walking distance to the beach, access to everything and everywhere very easy, good luck to the efforts of the operators, and also of the employees.

We went with two families last summer and we had a great holiday. We would like to come again this summer. We were very pleased with both the staff and the service. I would appreciate it if you add a mobile phone number, I hope to see you this summer.

Great hotel in a great location. The owners can't do enough for you & are extremely friendly. The rooms are big enough for a couple & is in a location quiter enough to get a good nights sleep.my room was cleaned everyday, with fresh bedding

Spent 10 days here! The staff were really nice and friendly. Apartments were large and well cleaned during our way. Pool was large and surrounding area was kept really clean. I highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely n clean hotel apartments.. stayed in May 9th 2019 for a week and was very pleased on what we had booked for our weeks holiday.. the pool was lovely n cleaned and relaxing had kids wee pool too. weather was hot 36/38.. staff very welcome us there and lovely too to speak to. Food was amazing good . Got 2 super markets cross the road, n night life more up the street, not far to walk up. Still...

Good place in a good location. Clean and comfortable rooms

Overall nothing much to fault, whole place was spotless, bedding and towels changed daily and hotel was sprayed weekly for bugs. Staff ultra friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with our aircon, reported it to reception and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Only down side was we were self catering so would have liked to have been able to watch the TV in the morning with breakfast...

While the proximity to the sea is a big plus; place has infrastructure issues like smelly sewage. WiFi coverage.

Visit Helicarnassus (Bodrum) in style with your own 3 bedroom flat with surround balcony or opt to upgrade to the spacious two level with direct access to the garden and pools . The garden was peaceful and we didn't have problems with sharing the facilities with the other guests , everyone was friendly and polite . Little gem in the heart of gumbet. Small complex near to bars restaurants shops and beach. Spotlessly clean Staff can't do enough for you. It really is a little bit of paradise. Although close to bars haven't had any problem sleeping.

It is in the middle of Gumbet as a location. You can walk down to the public beach in 10 minutes. in carsi. There is no shortage of parking, there is a vacant lot just ahead, which can attract all hotel customers. Their owners were from Tekirdag. Our breastmilk is gone. They had a warm and good welcome.
