Most of the staff were very helpful and their welcoming attitude was apparent. The facilities in the room were old, but kept clean. The shower had strong water pressure which felt great. Stayed here for a week in June, staff are polite, everything is of a reasonable standard and food was nice when we ate there. Beware though. The wifi is free, but only for one device per person, and the air con is charged on top of your accommodation at the desk!
