The ACs are not working well, according to their experience they are closing fans on night from central system.
That's why it is not possible to sleep and rest with enough quality. You need to open windows and doors for getting fresh air but hotel is close to the main road and coming too much noisy.
If you can't sleep well during night due to temperature of room and forget about other services. Focus to main issues and necessities.
By the way same thing also for bathroom vantilator is not working frequently. They are controlling from central and every 1-3 hours just they are working.
I don't recommend this place definitely.

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

The food is bad,none of the workers in the hotel know English like they are supposed to.The wifi is trash,no wonder it's free.The rooms are a little dirty.It deserves 2/5 stars maximum.

İ didn't use the SPA center and the Hotel, İ had been there to obtain information therefore midskale is given and as you will see the price list of the spa center is high compared to the region purchasing power

An excellent option amongst Güre's (many) thermal options. This is a pretty up-market place but sensibly-priced, and has wonderful thermal pools (indoors) as well as the largest hotel outdoor swimming pool we have ever seen - it must have been at least 50 metres long (and a comfortable temperature even at the end of November). The food was very good - perhaps leaning a bit more towards quantity over quality sometimes, but generally very tasty and the serving staff in the restaurant were first-class. The room was wonderful (we had a sea view) and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay and would happily recommend this to those wishing to get a taste of Balıkesir's thermal waters. Many of the staff tried to speak some English too, and so with our broken Turkish we were all able to understand each other.

It is a peaceful and quiet hotel where you can go alone or with your family. I tried both and each time I left the hotel satisfied and rested. All employees are smiling and respectful, they treat you as a family member, not as a customer.

Outdated rooms, breakfast and dinner buffets were OK with limited options. It was surprising that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, you need to ask for hot water from the reception. Families with the babies should note that the hotel does not have services such as a baby room, bottle sterilizer, or guest laundry room.

Very clean, big room, big bathroom, the beach was nice clean and not crowded. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with breakfast and dinner included. The food was good and clean and tasty. The staff doesn't know English (maybe 2-3 of them) but it was receptive and it was enough. And regarding the covid measures, I will give the hotel staff 10! They made us feel very safe!

Basic thermal pool... not too big, water is very hot. Nice to enjoy during the cold winter days. Nothing fancy.
