I was amused with the green views around the hotel, nice landscapes, swimming pool, yummy Turkish coffee, but there is one point that I disliked, which is the road leading to the hotel.

An amazing resort, the staff are very friendly,kind,and helpful which is the most important to have a good stay in a place! The rooms are clean and big with a wonderful view. I highly recommend to stay here at least 3 nights👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice resort hotel on the top of Surmene mountain with amazing sea and mountains views 👌. The resort serounded with beautiful green valleys. Great rooms and villas with great views. People working in the resort are very friendly and welcoming customers. Many activities available in resort. 👍

I can say that I have never seen such a quiet place.

This is the best place to live in Surmen in the pure and original form of nature, air and aromas of the Black Sea.

We still live in this apartment at the time of writing this information. The apartment is new and tidy, overlooking three sides, equipped with everything. Respectful and prompt treatment from the host. Perfect location in a quiet city far from the noise. All stores are close to housing and classy treatment from all neighbors I will definitely return to it.

One of the most clean and comfortable apartments i ever booked, the location is surrounded by delisious homemade turkish food, it's an hour drive to Uzungol, but i didn't mind it in return for such comfortable and spotless apartment, the sea view is stunning, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The only hotel that writes the price for the breakfast room by writing the price of Turkish coffee as 25 liras. Other than that, I did not have any other problems, I stayed many times. I can have a comfortable and peaceful stay

Rooms and showers are small, the air conditioner did not have flaps, we had a little trouble, the hotel is clean

They are trying to serve seriously without compromising their quality and principles. The staff are helpful, helpful, in a central location, but the rooms are very neglected. The building is in need of serious renovation and its furnishings should be renewed.

We found it on the internet because it was on our way to Uzungöl. Cleanliness, price, relevance, breakfast was really good. This is the best place to stay in the season at these prices.

The place is magical, it’s spacious with a beautiful view… we booked it at the end of our Turkey tour and we were looking for a place to completely switch off and relax, and it did the job… its up in the mountains, the bungalow was spacious with all the amenities and facilities needed, the staff were friendly and the food was super.

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Turkish inn. The lobby is large and has a Middle Eastern atmosphere in a good way. The tea is delicious. Recommended for backpackers and other low-cost overseas travelers. You can stay in a private room for the price of a dormitory. It's clean and neat. There is also a drying area for laundry on the roof.

Well the hotel is brand new even not yet completed thus it is comfy and spotless. I had the chance to meet the owner which he was very kind person . The hotel is clean & close to it some supermarkets restaurants pharmacy & ATM machines . It’s true that the hotel had sound proof issues between each room but if you take in consedration all other positive points it’s not that big deal. All staff were very friendly with us & we received all the help we needed when we ask for it .

It is perfect for family bookings. You can book a 2 bed falt, with all house facilities. The buffet is wonderful with a great view.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for the first time in 2019 and we came back again in 2021 because of the amazing view . it is a peaceful place , very good service and friendly staff .

Good swimming pool, we swim in 21 degree but it was ok because pool is covered well by windows. perfect breakfast. Hotel is really good but not exactly in rize,It is 15 min before rize. It wonderful hotel strongly recommended Really clean with good facilities and personnel.

Nice hotel with nice location close to the sea and the staff were so kind. The problem was with AC, the service told us that we can't turn on the AC unless the whole floor open it becausethe systemis like that!! We couldn't sleep at night as the room was very very cold and the AC was not working unfortunately. The prices were very good, but unless the AC problem been solved we will not go there again

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

My second visit to Bahar Resedince and wont be the last.. the apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms.. beautiful view facing the sea .. not directly on the main road which make it reasonably quite and nice for family’s.. New apartment. Very clean and good service, suitable size of rooms with fully equipped kitchen and spectacular view from the balcony. The location is very good, you can access the nearby places by car. It would be hard to walk because of the almost sharp incline as the building is in a high place. There are near gas station and grocery stores.

I got 2-bedroom flat, the flat is spacious has 2 bathrooms and it is clean and new. Some staff are nice some are not. However, the rate is expensive compared to the services you receive. It's not usually easy to communicate with the receptionist as there is no English/arabic speaker all the time. It's even harder at night. When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions...

Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.

Rooms were very clean and neat. We liked our stay. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. Private parking waz perfect. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast. They dont have a restaurant, brrakfast is on the roof of the hotel. Dishes were dirty and staff who serve the breakfast were careless..
