The only good thing in this hotel was it's staff (friendly and supportive). Room was dirty, no fridge, and breakfast was poor, no remote for AC at the room and it was controlled from the lobby.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.
For 1300 lira they gave us a terribly dirty and bad room. The toilet seat fell off, the air conditioner worked intermittently and made noise throughout the room. Bed linen and towels were dirty! In the rooms it is very dark, you feel like you are in a dungeon. The atmosphere is so nasty that you don't want to touch anything. We tried to return the money for the room and move out but we were refused. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

Not bad. The breakfast is not as what we expected and not as in the hotel pictures as well.

The hotel is a gas station on the side and some far-flung place . Trabzon is 40 km away . My complaint about the hotel : the room used in salt water , almost any water faucet in the bathroom and it doesn't leak , the sheets were wet , obviously the mini bar food and drinks in the room before us good and clean food sucks, just a nice breakfast appetizers eggplant fiasco . Contrast raw honey for breakfast even no sausage ( I'm not sure sausage, bacon, ham or sausage but it wasn't Vega ) . The only thing I like about the hotel is free and good tea

Pictures show good rooms but when you go there its totally different, wouldn't recommend this Hotel

The hotel is located on the main road towards the city of Reza. There are no restaurants or cafés nearby. There is a supermarket inside a gas station. The hotel is unclean and the bedsheets are unclean. Food for breakfast and dinner is normal and not rich in food and there are not many options. The only good thing is the view of the sea. Reception treatment is good
