it is a really fancy, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also I really liked the way they treated me and my family. It was a safe space, with a really nice view. The rooms were thourouhly cleaned and it had a welcoming smell

It was nice place and nice staff. Their breakfast is amazing. Wafaa was great and nice worker, she helped us with translation and serving the food.

I've been staying at this place for almost a month now and I can confidently say that it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very spacious, clean rooms with a beautiful view of the sea! Varied and very tasty cuisine. And the most important thing in this hotel is the incredibly hospitable and sincere staff, who are ready to help you with any question! Special thanks to Mrs. Sumiue, her attention and hospitality make you feel at home.

Amazing experience, staff is super friendly and helpful, made us feel home. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped. Nice huge safe parking for cars. Totally recommend 👌

Nice place with the friendlies and most welcoming staff.

Maybe just make sure you call them right after checking-in in case you need any specific amenities/products.

The services are excellent, the place is nice, clean and calm, their welcome is great, all the workers are wonderful and cheerful, and the food service is excellent. I really like this place and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation.

It was my worst experience. I was booking a room with a jacuzzi more than a month ago, and the reservation was confirmed and the amount was reserved on the credit card, but when I arrived I was surprised that the reservation was canceled !!! and that the room no longer exists because it was given to another who paid more. There is no respect for the person. He offered us another room at a more expensive price. Never advise this hotel

The hotel is very clean and calm and its location is pretty good and the staff are very kind and helpful especially wafaa al sawaf she speaks Arabic as well the breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of varieties i strongly recommend to visit the hotel
