One of the true highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Tanya at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—so friendly, warm, and helpful every single day

Making sure we had everything we needed, Tanya went above and beyond. She greeted us with a smile every time we passed through the lobby and made our children feel welcome too, which meant a lot to us

This was one of the best family trips we’ve had, and a huge part of that was thanks to the warm atmosphere and people like Tanya who made us feel right at home. We will absolutely be returning!

The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms that were perfect for our family. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were clean

No hot water first thing for a shower in the morning - reminds me of being in Greece in the 1980's! Food in the restaurant is very limited, repetitive and very "Turkish" for every meal

Did an all-inclusive 7 night stay. The air conditioning wasn't great but when I complained they offered to move me rooms so couldn't ask for more. Service and friendliness is impeccable! They couldn't do more for you

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

Also Fateh and Isaac in the restaurant who were really kind and welcoming. The location right next to the beach was perfect. The food was good for an all inclusive resort

The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped

Had a massage and traditional Turkish bath, which was great! Recommended staying there

Although the rooms are a little dated they were very clean. Our bedding was changed every other day and towels every day. Food was very good and restaurant was immaculate

If you don't manage to grab a bed there are plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, and a shaded area with bean bags etc. Drinks wise, despite what you may be told by a travel agent, there is one bar

What does help is that there is a BBQ open during the evening meal which typically has 1 -2 fresh meat options plus pizza. The BBQ area serves as a burger and pizza counter during the day

There are multiple points to grab a coffee. But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive

As I mentioned there are lots of bars open to get your entertainment fix if the hotel offering doesn't do it for you. Food wise is probably the weakest part of this hotel

WHAT IS WORTH NOTING FROM THE GOOD: - the staff! The staff is wonderful. Especially the restaurant and reception staff. The staff is wonderful 😍🔥 - the gym And the hotel is next to the sea

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a week with my partner (young couple in their 20’s). The rooms are modern and clean, we had a sea view room which was excellent. The shower was amazing, a massive rainfall shower

Food is ok, not the greatest, but always something for everyone and always something on for dinner that I enjoyed. Snack bar was great, we had pizza everyday. Staff were excellent and very attentive

After the first night of stay, I asked to change the room, they changed it, but I did not achieve complete silence (( The beach is unique: with red sand, I looked for others in the area

The room had everything you need. I really liked the coffee and hot chocolate)). All the pluses are offset by one minus: very loud music in the nearby bars does not stop until 1 am

Food- Typical all inclusive that can get a bit repetitive but all fresh and you could always find something for everyone but once again we went out quite a bit as local restaurants were absolutely gorgeous and very reasonable priced

On arrival to the hotel at around 2am we where checked in swiftly and taken on a tour and given food and drinks before shown to our room, side sea view room which was spacious for the 3 of us Spotlessly clean 👍🏻 Breakfast lunch and evening meals all of a good standard, staff where very helpful around the hotel in general, we didn’t partake in any activities as we just went for the chill time

After a long day travelling to Dalaman from Manchester and not really looking forward to the long transfer through the night, we started our journey in a mini bus to be transferred in marmaris to 5 seater limo fully air on with cold drinks on board and a really nice driver and smooth ride up into the mountains

The harbour is a ten minute stroll from hotel which we didn’t partake in twice Once to take the water taxi and the other to eat out one evening

I could not fault any of the staff on their service - from pool service, restaurant, photographers and entertainment team - they were all super friendly and helpful

Ice cream, waffles, pancakes are all included in the all inclusive, not just in resort but on the beach too. The area is beautiful and nicely set back from the town centre but its only a short walk for change of scenery

I rested in this hotel and I want to recommend it to you, since it is very cozy for a family vacation, we really liked it) and I also recommend doing a family photo shoot, or in such a chic dress the photo will be worse, there are photographers on the territory who do a cool photo shoot, so I am very satisfied with the photo shoot and the vacation in general, I recommend

Whilst we could here the music from Icon beach bar late at night (and our room was fairly close by) it didnt affect any of our sleep. including our 1, 7 and 11 year olds. Would love to go again and highly recommend!

The photography team were great with my kids (even taking a shine to my youngest (ginger) and remembering her name whenever she came past!)

The food was amazing, yes the lunch offering was repetitive however there was always something for everyone so no issue there

There are no parasols at this hotel and although it’s fairly easy to get a sunbed near the main pool there are only so many which have the shades near them and in July this is advisable! We preferred the pool near the restaurant but there are no rules regarding the reserving of sunbeds, I generally wake up early but by 7

We booked a deluxe room with jacuzzi and luckily got the end room in D block (4119) this room was excellent although not huge inside, the balcony is massive! Waking up the next morning with the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the pool was stunning

Upon arrival reception staff didn’t really give us any information so I asked to book the safe for the room, she then told me come back tomorrow which wasn’t ideal as we wanted to go a walk so took everything with us

There are 3 pristine pools at the hotel - one near reception, main pool up a level from there and the pool near D block (our preference) and also the water slides pool

I spoke to a few people in different blocks and they weren’t impressed with the size of their rooms so would recommend D block as it’s newer than the other blocks

Location: The location is fantastic, with great access to Icmelar taxis, water taxis, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The convenience of the location is definitely a major plus

However, the main meal selection overall was a bit underwhelming, and the lack of entertainment left something to be desired, especially compared to other hotels in the area

The pool looked inviting, but no one used it during my stay, possibly because it’s overlooked by the dining area and receives no direct sunlight. Indoors, the décor was quite plain, and the atmosphere felt a bit stale

Service & Room: Service could use some attention. The receptionist was unwelcoming at check-in, and there was no offer to assist with luggage. The room itself was basic, with WiFi that was slow but functional

Food & Dining: The highlight of the food experience for me was the salad bar, which was fantastic, offering a good variety of fresh and delicious options. The desserts were also varied and a real treat

Pros - - location is perfect, I’ve attached a picture of our hotel room view overlooking the sea. Everything is on your doorstep and there is a great strip of shops and bars within 10 minutes

Very good hotel! Were in October 2017. the staff is polite, the food is excellent. There is no green area, but there is no particular need for this, since in Icmeler there are mountains and forests around

I would like to highlight the exceptional professionalism and calm shown by Carlos, Mario, and Ell during a very difficult situation involving an aggressive guest

Their ability to de-escalate the situation swiftly and respectfully was truly impressive. Despite the intensity of the moment, they remained composed, courteous, and completely professional throughout

It’s never easy dealing with difficult guests, but Carlos, Mario, and Ell handled everything with such grace and care that it turned a potentially unsettling experience into a demonstration of just how committed the staff are to guest safety and comfort

Very cozy hotel, sooooo friendly staff, waiters, administrator. Rooms are cleaned every day, plenty of towels, beach towels and safe deposit floor. The hotel has a hammam, it costs $15, you don't have to go anywhere

Very good hotel! Clean, convenient location, excellent food, unobtrusive and helpful staff. Own beach with umbrellas and sun loungers. We rested in September 2017. I liked everything, I recommend??????

Great hotel very clean and tidy very near to the beach and all bars and shops the staff are very friendly and great atmosphere. Food was very good the pool area was great and bar staff were good

Having a amzing time in Club Selen. Hotel overall is very clean and tidy, beds are very comfortable. Hotel pool is amazing lovely temperature. All staff amazing and management will go above and beyond for you

We visited Club Selen last September as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We returned last week with some of our family. Hakam, Fatima and the team do an amazing job

The hotel is close to the beach and loads of lovely bars

Great staff, clean room , great location and good size pool and slide Negatives food. Dont expect to eat in breakfast lunch and dinner. Only caters for the rude Russians but edible for brekfast and lunch

As in the comments, the hotel is incredibly very good, the rooms, the food, the staff, the drinks, the pool, November, everything is really nice, I didn't have any regret, we never wanted to come while reading the hotel reviews, but as we came, it was met with something really nice

On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and a very easy list of instructions cases taken to room the room was immaculate and bedding so soft as was the mattress views from balcony were stunning cleaners in everyday always willing to stop and chat throughout the day

We have just returned a week ago from a fortnight in the Casa Blance Hotel in Icmeler. This was our first holiday in Turkey. We absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel is situated in a lovely location within Icmeler

Everything is great with perfect staff. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly especially the girls which are working for bar they are great Shermin and Cinar wonderful

Hotel spotless, staff the friendliest I have encountered on an holiday(I'm 67). Rooms need some TLC but again spotlessly clean. Food though a little repetitive was well cooked and very tasty

The view from our balcony was stunning. The food was excellent all week, lots of great dishes and great flavours. Always soup, salads and hot dishes available at lunch and evening meal

Just come back from our 4th time at the fortuna beach. rooms have all been refurbished very nice. helpful and can't do enough for you. Bar staff are brilliant as are the restaurant staff

On a late arrival we were met at minibus. And aided into reception. Where we were met by a welcome smile. When we got to our room there were 2 sandwiches and 2 bottle water.. so far been fantastic..

We had a double room with adjoining door. My wife and I in one and our daughter in the other. TV and aircon in both rooms There was a good sized bathroom, and lovely pool, canal view
