Nice small city hotel in the heart of the seafront of Icmeler, close to the main shopping street.
Built: 1992
Restored: 2013
Location: 110 km from Dalaman airport, 7 km from the center of Marmaris, 200 m from the village of Icmeler, on the beach.
The joint consists of two 5-storey buildings (50% of rooms with sea view).
Total area: 9 500 m2.
The hotel has 240 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach within the public beach, first coastline. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. Umbrellas, mattresses, deck chairs, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 100 m.

One of the best hotels ever!
This hotel is fantastic with a perfect location. The reception team is always friendly and makes you feel truly at home. The Guest Relations Manager Sule, is one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. She was extremely supportive when I had a health issue during my stay, and I’m very grateful for her help. The overall atmosphere and the staff’s approach make you feel special and valued. I will definitely come back!

A wonderful hotel with a solid A+ rating. Purely European management throughout: from the clever organization of the hotel space to the responsiveness of the various hotel services. Excellent cuisine, attentive staff, and a well-equipped beach area. Everything is in working order! The hotel has an independent power supply, which was invaluable during the forest fires.

We've been vacationing since early September 2021, and I'd like to express my gratitude to the hotel management for the excellent organization of our vacation. The waiters, led by the senior manager (unfortunately, I don't know his name), worked incredibly well, along with the evening entertainment and entertainment for both adults and children. The beach is large and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I especially appreciate the Turkish cuisine. The sweets, prepared in the hotel kitchen, are fresh and delicious. There's a variety of fruits. In terms of food, I think it's 24 hours a day, with one bar opening and another. The grounds are cozy and green, and I highly recommend this hotel. Whether you're young, a family with children, or a senior citizen, there's something for everyone!

Fantastic stay
Very friendly attentive staff.

Hairdresser and nail bar did not meet my expectations compared to other places.

A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a.m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it's own beach with sunbeds with beach umbrella included. Okay midday snacks and the Effes is COLD! GREAT entertainment at night. Great holiday!

Nothing negative really, just not as positive as it would have been in the past. I’ve stayed at the Aqua for the last three years in early July and will probably be back in 2026.
The first year we stayed my wife took photos of the buffet in the main restaurant it was very impressive, this is where you begin to see the cutbacks. I appreciate that all inclusive hotels have to cater for all nationalities, but this year I did get a little fed up with the same food and found it difficult to make a decent evening meal,I’m Welsh by the way.The result of this was we went out for food and Turkey isn’t cheap to eat out anymore!
Another example would be the mini bar in the room it had less in it than previous years. I’m not a big drinker but on the few occasions when I did fancy a drink I would have to ask the waiter to make them a little stronger and put a more alcohol in.
There nothing major, but the cutbacks are becoming more and more apparent, particularly in the restaurant and people who have been there previously have noticed.
I don’t want to seem negative and as I said earlier I’ll probably be going back in 2026. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location, it is also spotlessly clean.The waiters and waitresses are extremely well trained and managed, they are very friendly and attentive towards the guests. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
I wish them every success for the future. I enjoy my stay at the Aqua, but there is a fine balancing act between cutbacks and maintaining the excellent standards they are known for.

What a sensational, unforgettable holiday!
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are absolutely fantastic!! The entertainment staff were on top form every night! The waiters (breakfast, lunch and dinner including the staff outside at the bars and pool staff) were phenomenal! We were treated like VIPs and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The spa was amazing, my husband and I had aromatherapy massages. The ladies were extremely professional.
The facilities were always neat, clean and tidy! The pool was an amazing place to soak up the Turkish sun.
My only reason we would go back to Turkey would be to stay in your hotel again. We have mentioned it to our friends and family members.
We look forward to coming back again in the very near future. 10/10 in my book!

Did an all-inclusive 7 night stay. Rooms were decent. The air conditioning wasn't great but when I complained they offered to move me rooms so couldn't ask for more. Service and friendliness is impeccable! They couldn't do more for you. The food was decent, and the bar staff always sorted me out decent strength drinks. The gym, however, was a disappointment, I like to workout, but I didn't go there for that, but it was very much a token gym so they could have a tick in the box. People's home gyms are better equipped. Had a massage and traditional Turkish bath, which was great! Recommended staying there.

Had a wonderful holiday here. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Food and drink were plentiful and with a good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return one day

Hotel Aqua is a very strong four in my opinion, although it seems a bit dated. It's very clean. The room is cleaned daily, floor mopped, towels changed, disinfected, the mini fridge is also refreshed daily with some branded drinks in there and the pool is cleaned daily after six. What I do like about the venue is that outside the Palm bar, there are knives and forks always in a plastic bag so that flies can’t crawl over them.
The staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you.
One thing I will say about the food is that most of it was good (Waffle Corner and Gozleme). Some of the desserts were really nice and so was the milkshake cartons (at breakfast) and some of the non-alcoholic cocktail drinks. But there were times with the show/on demand cooking like on the last day we left, we had an early breakfast, and the pancakes were raw on the inside as the cook was also frying sandwiches. Once some of the evening BBQ kebab was pink on the inside, but we didn't eat those and left it. Also, several occasions trying to get a fried egg. The lady doing the fried eggs was also doing the pancakes and sometimes she wasn't there (tidying up). It would be good to have them prepared in advance like the boiled eggs.
The beach is a bit a bit stony near the water's edge, but it's more sandy further out and you can always get a sunbed at any time (if you can’t get a bed round the pool). Also went to the spa and indoor swimming pool, which was good if you couldn't get into the main pool, which was always very busy with games.
Also liked that the hotel was near shops.
