The booking was hassle-free and staff were communicative about the forrest fires prior to coming. The food was great and cannot complain about the drinks! We definitely got our money's worth!

The staff in the restaurant is rude and not friendly, the English guest's who act like trash and shout to each other in the hallway when every is sleeping. Location is not nice at all and the food is just for surviving. Definitely not interested to go there again.

Excellent food. Excellent services and super friendly staff. The rooms are large enough and well furnished but throughout our stay the room had a bad smell coming from the air conditioning. Just spent 10 days here with my partner and 2 year old. Absolutely great time we had. A bit confused about the negative reviews this place has.. The rooms were great, the food was great (unless your a fussy eater, but even then, they served plains foods like chips, burgers and nuggets) the staff were brilliant, really made the whole stay a great experience. Amazing hotel. The food is terrific with more than enough selections to keep anyone happy. Not cheap fodder, you get options of smoked salmon and local cakes which are just awesome. The staff are attentive and helpful, bringing you drinks to the table while you eat. Just a short walk to the beach where they have a contract with golden sands, so you get to use canoes at no extra charge. We'll be back

Staff in this hotel always went above and beyond, always friendly and always greeted with smiles... a gentlemen named Caner even went out of his way to give me some eye drops (hayfever) rooms were always clean, food was okay but I am a fussy eater! Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. Went on a jeep for a tour had a giant water fight with everyone on the jeep and lots more. I LOVE THIS PlACE!!!!!???????????????????????

I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff.
