Rooms are really comfortable and nice, but even if hotel has 4 stars it isn't so good. It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good. Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. My room was very spacious and clean, air conditioning and decent size fridge. Hotel is a bit out from the centre but only a short taxi ride into town. Breakfast stated Turkish and English but unfortunately there was only Turkish fare on offer.
